BEACHSIDE peninsula pvt house, POOL-HOT TUB, Steps to Beach, Quiet, Allergy-free

Modern bungalow house near the beach WITH NEW POOL, HOT TUB, AND CABANA. This is a RARE single-family home, NOT a townhouse, duplex, triplex or condo, close to the beach and river with a private pool and relaxing hot tub (very rare & you will love it in the winter!). Meyer Lemon and Key Lime trees growing in the yard. Help yourself! The entire house, pool and property are yours, nothing to share. Complete privacy. This home is pet-free and allergy-friendly. It is our family's second home, so we only rent for a few months per year. It is super clean. Not a typical rental. (We are also not eligible to be a "Premier Host" due to the few rentals per year.) Perfect for 2-4 adults. Extra-large, luxe dining room with oversized velvet chairs. Italian marble floors, premium appliances, GAS stove, wine fridge, water carbonator, comfy leather reclining sectional with very large Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Third Smart TV in the extra room. Speakers are wired throughout the home. Marble shower tile in both showers. Both toilets have bidet seats. Blackout blinds in bedrooms. Large fenced-in backyard with patio, cabana, and Gas BBQ. 2 beach cruiser bikes with helmets for your use. Enjoy rides on the beach, even after it closes to cars. Or enjoy the front patio where you have a privacy fence and can hear the ocean steps away. Walk or bike to Flagler Ave shopping and dining. This is the quiet, North Beach end of the peninsula. Close enough to Flagler to walk for dinner, but far enough that you don't hear the noise. Only the sound of the waves. Note: We can heat the pool during winter months upon request and a $100/mo. deposit to cover increased utility bill. (Monthly rentals only, and by the calendar months in Jan-April)

This home was perfect. The furniture and decorations are top notch. It is a very inviting and comfortable home. The location is great. We were only a couple blocks from the beach. We had a small issue with the TV when we arrived. Elaine called and had it fixed in no time. We have rented several homes in Florida. This is the best one so far!! Thank you Elaine!!!

Wonderful home

Everything was perfect. Home was clean, light, bright and tastefully decorated. Check-in and out were easy. House has everything you need. Location is fantastic, beach is gorgeous and you are so close to the beach, and only a short walk to town. Neighborhood is nice and quiet too. Owner is very responsive. You won't be disappointed!

NSB North

The place was modern with a very comfortable bed and excellent appliances. The pool was beautiful and practically new. However, it was not heated (the Spa was.) a non-heated pool in Florida in January is not very usable and at the price we paid we had expected it to be heated as has others we have rented in NSB over the last 10 years. We did not find out about the pool until we arrived and read: the home operating outline.

Richard, thanks for the 5 star review. Regarding the pool, I wish you would have reached out to me during your stay. We could have made some arrangements to heat the pool for you. Even though it does warm up with the hot tub overflow, we would have been agreeable to some arrangement with the increased electric bill. Nonetheless, I’m glad you enjoyed the place and would love to have you back anytime.

Good location

Loation was close to beach access and the street was very nice (including neighbors). The place was very modern and clean. It did have leaky shower doors and tile on the walls of showers that needed help. The bathrooms were small and unattached and the 2nd bedrm had no real closet space and washer and drying taking up that space. It had two twin beds but was rather cramped. The dining area was too fancy to feel comfortable sitting at but lovely. This room went unused. The ice machine in the dining room was very loud at times. We mostly used the refrigerators ice machine. I think our biggest request would be for cable tv rather than to learn the skills of using streaming etc. It seems we were either watching old repeated news and shows mostly. The picture was not cflear or the best. They were large TVs and the appliance were all very nice and high end. Over-all for a beach lover I found it to be nice and sufficient for the needs of someone who was on the go most of the time. I loved the no key access We felt very safe by that and by the great neighbors Previously we had stayed beach front for 3 years, so that was missed. We aren't as much about fancy and we are just simple clean, neat, roomy place with easy to use TV, Good size bathrooms and closets, and a vew of the beach (which can't be beat). I do believe this is a perfectly lovely place and younger people would love the beach access and have no problem with the different access to TV. We jare retired folks who just want things to be simple :) The host was absolutely wonderful an we always had return calls/emails when we had questions. Nice place, Nice neighborhood and close to beach and Flagler. I'd give it a 9.

This property is beautiful, well kept, and a few houses to the beach. The property is a perfect get away for a couple or a small family. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. and neighbors were extremely friendly. The hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. This property is highly recommended!

Prime New Smyrna Spot

- Great location...steps from the beach and a short walk to Flagler Ave - Large home with plenty of space and 2 desks for working remotely. - Large outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture -Elaine was very responsive and helpful throughout our month stay (including great recommendations!) - New Smyrna Beach recommendations: Cafe Verde, Third Wave Cafe, and Go Juice Food Truck (get the peanut butter balls!) - We would recommend this place to our family and friends. Enjoy!

We are a South Florida-born and raised couple, now living in California. We fell in love with New Smyrna Beach and its laidback lifestyle, reminiscent of the true "old" Florida we remember. We enjoy riding our bikes to the beach, surfing, fishing, kayaking, tortoise-spotting, and strolling charming, Flagler Ave. for dinner. We love our home here, and we hope you will too!

Why they chose this property

Our beach home is located on a quiet residential street, steps from the beach. We are in the best section of the peninsula, as there are no highrise condos between us and the ocean to crowd the beach and block the sound of the crashing waves. No crowds here! Yet, we are still close enough to the action on Flagler to walk or bike there.

What makes this property unique

ONE OF THE FEW HOUSES, BEACH-CLOSE, WITH A POOL AND SPA! Completely contemporary home. Not the typical beach house. Walk to beach at the end of the street. When they close the beach access to cars on busy weekends, you can still walk on (or bike) from the house easily. Quiet neighborhood and street.
