Charming 4 Bedroom Townhouse with 3 Levels

Come enjoy the warmth of this charming four bedroom townhome that can easily accommodate 8 people. Three levels of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The unit is 15 mins away from downtown, the Georgia Aquarium, SkyView Atlanta and Six Flags. You are five minute ride away from the neighborhood Publix, and many great restaurants. Our townhome is well decorated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. COMMUNITY POOL: Please note that any changes to these dates are managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and are beyond our control. For your convenience, you will be given additional details on how to access the community pool.

Atlanta Stay

The drive to attractions is good. Not that far from many things The gated community is nice. Driving out of the community a little is a little shady but it didn’t affect our stay. We just went to eat near airport off exit 2. We did have minor issues BUT the host has really good communication and tended to everything we needed. We had minor things go wrong and she tended to them same day. Her response was A+ and making sure we were comfortable and happy she did an excellent job.

Health and Safety Issues

There was blood in the beds, durty sheets. Pillow cases and pillows are stained. The blinds were broken and some spots missing. There was mold in the dishwasher, dishes had film and food in them. We were suppose to stay a week. We arrived at the property and stayed 30 minutes while we reserved a hotel. We have filed a claim with the health team with vrbo and supplied pictures and video. We are currently waiting for our full refund from the property and vrbo.

Vary unhappy

The place was vary dirty homeowner will not refund the money we only stayed 1 out of the 3 nights and the pool was not even open. The property had mold in the coffe pot and mold on the corners of the kitchen counter tops. Grime on the edeges if the floor in the kirchen dirt and clumps of hair everywhere.. the whole purpose of renting the property was the pool .did not find out it was a community pool 2 days prior. And the gates on the pool were chained shut. The house is in a gated community with no guards at the gate . Would not recommend anyone to rent off of the homeowner/ host . She said the place was professional cleaned i would fire the people who cleaned it .worst experience ever.
