We choose this because it was a quiet town. Boy, it was so much more! We loved the house and it came with a pack and play and highchair which we didn't know . So, we packed ours but all the things you could think of was in the house. Not to mention the private boat ramp area that you can bring a big float and forget the world exists. Not to far from Babyland or Atlanta even closer to Gainesville. We fully enjoyed our stay!

Family Stay

This host was absolutely wonderful and excellent in communication and accommodating us. The home was very comfortable and spacious for our big family and pets. We truly had a wonderful time and enjoyed the backyard and beautiful deck.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen & washroom were modern compared to bedrooms but very spacious - closets were huge! Loved this house.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The decks are beautiful and enjoyable in the evenings even in the hot summer. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our 3 families.

Great place for friends to gather

We used this property to meet up with college friends and their families. We had plenty of space with 5 adults and 3 teens. The girls even used the provided air mattress in the huge closet so they could have their own space. The eat in kitchen was so spacious we could visit during meal prep.

Fantastic place for family

We had to have a larger place because our home was being renovated and this home was great for our larger family and met all of our needs without us having to miss a beat. It was nicely appointed with plenty of space for both lounging and in the kitchen. Liked the back deck a lot, even though it was pollen season. Owner was great with communication and even let us extend our reservation a couple days on short notice because our reno ran long. Overall, a wonderful stay and the location is also ideal for the lake or the mall.

Spartan but adequate

Minimumly stocked, cooking utensils were greasy, and there were traces of rodent feces in the cupboards and dishes. Overall space was good. It would have been nice if there were cushions in the outdoor furniture.

We're truly sorry the home did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand that the issues you encountered were unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have immediately addressed the concerns. We have regular pest control services and could have arranged for them to come over right away, as well as ensure the kitchen was cleaned to your satisfaction. As for the cushions, they are kept in the garage to stay dry and ready for guests' use. We’ve already scheduled pest control to visit as soon as possible, and we’re conducting a full inventory and cleaning of the kitchen items. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Ok property. Very clean but needs updating. Kitchen is closed off to the living room. Kitchen has almost no supplies-utensils. It would have been nice to have some coffee packets, cream/sugar. No bathroom supplies (ie. shampoo/conditioner, lotion).

Hi, Yes, this is not an open concept floor plan. Sorry, We don't offer a perishable items or items that we can not guarantee the quality or safety of. We do offer a starter set of paper towels, bathroom paper, soaps for kitchen and bathrooms, but don't offer shampoo/conditioner or body wash. Thank you for staying with us. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
