Our sundeck has about 65 square meters of living space everything a vacationer's heart desires.

The beautifully located maisonette apartment is on the second floor of a well-tended apartment building.

In the bedroom you will find a high-quality double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with innerspring mattresses, a flat-screen TV and cupboards for all holiday wardrobes.

The bathroom is perfectly equipped with a deep shower, underfloor heating and towel warmer to refresh yourself after a day at the beach or to warm up after an autumn day. A mirror cabinet offers enough space for personal utensils, a hair dryer is also available.

The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. A microwave for the quick kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and kettle can also be used.

So that you don't miss anything in your vacation home, the living area is equipped with a comfortable couch and armchair (leather), a TV (flat screen), a Blueray player and a stereo. From the living area you reach the beautifully sunny balcony and a beech wood staircase to the upper area.

There are additional beds in the form of two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) so that one or two children or accompanying couples have their own area. Another seat, a TV with integrated DVD player and a small reading corner invite you to linger.

The WLAN offers internet access in the entire apartment.
