Welcome to Sunland Estates! We are a unique community of about 550 lots established in 1965. A stunning setting, we are nestled next to the Columbia River and surrounded by towering basalt cliffs. Sunland’s natural beauty is a breathtaking oasis amid central Washington desert and farms.
