Nice spot from which to explore Blowing Rock. The loft area worked well for our daughter, and the location was very convenient right near the main drag. No frills, but a nice family spot.
The cabin was so quaint and perfect for a quick getaway right in the heart of Blowing Rock. It is small but for family, it was perfect for family time.
The cabin was clean and orderly just as the pictures and description said. It is close and convenient to everything in Downtown Blowing Rock. Can walk to any shop or restaurant within 5 minutes. Will return again. Highly recommend.
This was a great little getaway for our family of 5. Kids stayed in the loft and my husband and I took the downstairs bedroom. It was tight, but for 2 nights it worked. You can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner each night.
Our cabin was very clean and located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was the noise from the window air conditioner and what we guessed was a heater (it wasn't throwing out heat because it was too hot outside) - it ran on and off all night and was REALLY loud - making it difficult (next to impossible) to sleep.
Two families traveled together for a basketball tournament and stayed in the cottage. Adults two teenagers. We all slept okay. It's tight quarters but it'll make do for a quick trip.
Loved the location right in the middle of downtown Blowing Rock. Short walk to restaurants, shopping & the park. Bed downstairs was comfy. Did not use the loft but will say it may be difficult for a larger person to get up the stairs as they are narrow & small. The loft would be perfect for independent children who don't require an adult to go up there & help them. I will mention that parking was a challenge in our large suburban as the spot was tight but after several tries we got it in there! Overall we loved it & would stay there again!
This cabin has everything we needed for our stay in Blowing Rock. My mom took the first floor bedroom near the bathroom and me and my 3 daughters stayed up in the loft. We loved it! The efficiency kitchen had all we needed too! They have thought of everything!
