Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend or a relaxed family vacation, this home provides the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and coastal convenience.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home—a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, W/D, and thoughtful touches throughout—making it easy to settle in and truly unwind. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the grill, s'mores by the fire pit, or relax on the sunny deck overlooking the large backyard.

We chose to buy a coastal home here so our children could experience everything that makes Maine so special—and so we could share that experience with our guests. Hosting is something I truly enjoy, and I take pride in creating a space that meets the same standards I would want for my own home or vacation, since we also spend time here ourselves. You’ll notice thoughtful, personal touches throughout the property, including local artwork and a native perennial garden that reflects the natural beauty of Maine.

We chose this neighborhood for its rare balance of coastal proximity and peaceful privacy. Being close to the ocean allows us to enjoy the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle we love, while the quiet, tucked-away setting offers a sense of calm that feels ideal for a growing family. One of our favorite spots is the back deck, where we can unwind, listen to the surroundings, and fully appreciate the tranquility of the neighborhood.
