Take advantage of the proximity to the beach for leisurely strolls, enjoy evening barbecues in the backyard, or indulge in classic board games with the family. The beach access is just a short walk away, and the house is conveniently located near restaurants. Rental is available to individuals who are at least 25 years old.

This residence features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, with new beds and mattresses. Smart TVs adorn the bedrooms and living room (no cable). A compact workspace is situated in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a dining area. Ground coffee and tea are complimentary. The backyard patio offers extra dining space and is an ideal spot for evening barbecues. Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for your convenience.
