So glad you loved the house and the location and appreciated the proximity to Canal St and all it has to offer. A short walk there makes it easier than finding a parking spot and of course the beach is a short drive. Thanks for the great review!

Tim and his guests were stellar in more ways than one. Communication was easy, house rules were respected, the house was left in great condition as if they weren't even there and they also won the competition they came to participate in. Great guests!
They were a pleasure to host and I would welcome them back anytime!
House was in great location downtown NSB, close to Canal. Clean, board games for the kids, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Awesome neighbor!!!!

This home was conveniently located to Canal Street and just a short drive to the beach. The owners were great communicators and we had no problems while staying there. The home is an older home but is exactly as pictured on the site. Very clean and charming.
