About this property

Beach Palms 308 - GULF FRONT Condo!

Gorgeous direct Gulf-front condo in one of the nicest buildings on Gulf Blvd. Beautifully decorated two-bedroom condo with porcelain tile flooring throughout. The Master bedroom (king) faces the Gulf and has a separate entrance to the balcony. It also boasts a large water closet with a separate bath and shower. To complete the master bedroom suite there is an oversized vanity separate from the water closet for your convenience and a huge walk-in closet. The master suite faces the Gulf and has its own access to the ample-sized balcony where you can relax on our new patio furniture. The Guest bedroom (queen and twin) is conveniently located beside a large updated bathroom with a glass shower enclosure. A twin roll-away bed is also available. There are flat-screen TVs in every room as well as HDTV, DVD, premium cable, and FREE secure Wi-Fi. The building’s large heated pool and huge well-equipped lounge area has outdoor washrooms/change rooms and two gas grills.
