Perfect spot for my wife and I for our little weekend getaway. The property had all we could ask for and the communication with Rod and Rosa was excellent. Would love to stay in this unit again in the future.

What was advertised, is what we got.

Great location, easy walk to the bay side restaurants and bars, as well as an easy walk to the beach on the gulf side. Would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay!

When people say this is a hidden gem, believe them! It’s in the center of everything. We walked the strip daily, doesn’t require a car if we’re being honest! I enjoyed the room, I enjoyed the area, and I will be back! Rod & Rosa checked in with me almost daily. Very comfortable stay.

If They Could Get the Weather Under Control, It Would Be Perfect

I was completely satisfied with my stay, aside from the uncharacteristically inclement weather that fell upon us for a couple of days during my two-week stay. The studio unit was very clean & neat, well maintained and furnished, with a nice shower, a comfortable bed, a huge TV screen, lots of cabinet space, AC and ceiling fan, good toiletries and kitchen essentials, including a fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils, iron & board --- everything I needed and then some. It, also, provides safe parking, a convenient location, laundry facilities, and, of course, a swimming pool. Now, if they could get the weather under control, it would be perfect.
