You will need to share the license plate of your vehicle you will be arriving in once you book so we can inform our HOA to allow that vehicle to be parked during the length of your booked stay. Vehicles left in parking outside the booked time windows will be subject to towing enforcement. ***

You’ll love our condo because of proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Our place is good for families (with kids), couples and business travelers.
In our condo you'll enjoy convenience and the comforts of a home away from home.
Our one bed one bath condo is clean, elegant, spacious & tastefully furnished. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, living room with sofa bed, high-speed internet & cable TV, a relaxing bedroom with very comfortable memory foam mattress. The complex is updated and well-kept.
The living room and bedroom each have access to the spacious bathroom, ideal for small group of 4. The kitchen opens to the living room for an open concept and easy conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials for those who wish to enjoy meals at home.

Why they chose this property
Our family likes spending time on the beach and had always wanted to get a beach condo. We were looking for something that was simple and within walking distance to the beach.
We wanted our condo to be on the ground floor as our elderly parents would not have been able to climb the stairs and my sister (who has a small baby in stroller) would have had trouble lugging stroller up and down the stairs.
This condo is on the ground floor and is at a perfect location for long beach days!!. It is just a short walk across the street to the nearest beach access, so walking back for food, drinks, and restroom breaks is a non-issue—IT IS GREAT TO BE SO CLOSE!.
Not to forget you get your own parking this close to the beach when you rent our condo. This is perfect during the peak season when finding a public parking becomes a great hassle.

What makes this property unique
The condo is located on Retama street next to the greatest restaurant on the beach, The Palms! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served and if you happen to be out on the beach lounging it is perfect for refreshments too. There are lost of restaurants and shopping in walking distance from the condo.
The condo location as ideal location on the island since it is sandwiched between the southern entertainment district and the northern quiet district.
Spend your mornings swimming, kite-boarding, and surfing in the Gulf of Mexico, and take evening walks on the beach to watch the summer fireworks. The marina is less than 5 mins drive where you can rent boats or go for Dolphin watch and Sunset Cruise.
The north end of the beach offers adventure activities, horse back riding on the beach and you can also drive your vehicle on the beach sand!.
There are also plenty of options for fishing - Surf Fishing, Pier Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea fishing. Great for spending quality time with your kids.
