Why they chose this property

This friendly neighborhood is near the I-10 freeway and within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness Gym, Subway, Wells Fargo, and many other business establishments. It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant. Nearby is a small community playground along with pull-up bars and dip stations. There is a bike path that runs north along Silverbell Rd that’s perfect for bike rides or morning jogs. Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.
