The place was good. Location was perfect. Lots of space in the condo that could be used more efficiently. Hard not having a second bathroom upstairs but we made do. The only complaint was the heat and the horrible disruptive noise it made when running.

The property is in the beach block. There are several restaraunts and shopping within a block from the property. We parked our vehicle and walked to eat and shop. We enjoyed a late September/early October get-away. It was quiet and so convenient.

Overall this is right in the middle of everything. Wonderful space for family and convenient to it all! Was able to walk to most everything. Super clean and tons of space!

Wonderful Girls' Weekend

The condo is extremely well located and perfect for a large group. We easily moved from the condo to the beach, Main Street, and back again. The condo offered excellent gathering space for the group, especially the kitchen which was large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 cooks. The bedrooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Overall a great spot for a relaxed vacation.

Very spacious and convenient

Very spacious and comfortable. Super convenient with less than a block to the beach and being only a block away from the main strip that has abundant shopping and restaurant options. Nice outdoor seating. No hassle of finding a parking space, with reserved parking in the lot! Look forward to booking again in the future!

Can’t beat the location; so convenient to beach and downtown. It is on the second floor and must climb stairs - no elevator. But secure building and very spacious, comfortable unit. It was immaculate. Ample seating in living area and kitchen was adequate for our needs. Issue with the dryer but maintenance responded in a timely manner. Very “easy” rental process.

Overall great with morning street noise

The rental felt very spacious and is in a great location to walk to beach and shops and boardwalk. There were plenty of towels and free assigned parking was easy to access. I liked the locks and not having to carry a key around. The only draw back is the street noise very early in the morning including street cleaning and trash pick up. In addition there is also construction vehicles because they were tearing down a building at the end of the street next to the Sands hotel.

Spacious and centrally located.

Loved the spaciousness of the unit and its extremely walkable location to all downtown Rehoboth has to offer. And it is right in the Clear Space theater building where we took in a fantastic local theater production! Maybe a downside would be lack of an outdoor space (porch or balcony) and if you object to carting your stuff up a flight of stairs this place would not be a good choice. Overall my family of 5 was very pleased with these accomodations.

Excellent location, right next to Beach and Boardwalk!

This property had the most perfect location. Right off the beach, boardwalk, and shops/downtown. We honestly never needed to drive anywhere. There were two parking spots provided which was amazing. AND you get access to the Atlantic Sands Resort Pool with this booking! Literally, everything we could ask for. Proximity, parking, pool, beach, and boardwalk. The only downside is we didn’t have WiFi for half of our stay. However, it was easy to get a customer service rep whenever there was an issue/question.

Stunning, spacious unit. Had everything we needed. Gorgeous kitchen. Well stocked. Bathroom well stocked. We have a few 'dings/comments'. It's hard not having a 2nd bathroom on the bedroom level. Only bathroom there is attached to the main bedroom and we can't really disturb the people in that room in the middle of the night so we had to go downstairs. The other 'ding' we had is that the HVAC unit is on the roof right above your heads in the bedrooms and it vibrates and moans all.night.long! We were exhausted from driving all day and just wanted sleep and the noise above was so bad. Eventually we fell asleep, but we didn't get the restful sleep all weekend that we were hoping for. Between that and the late night crowd that congregated on the patio smoking, and the early morning street sweeper, we definitely need another few days to get some rest Thank you for having us tho!
