Fully Winterized for 2024 winter season - new addition to the cottage is a 6-person Hot Tub and Pool Table.

Breathtaking views of Silver Lake on 6 acres of private land, comfort and style with entertaining areas throughout. Cottage boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Enjoy the sun on the beautiful private beach or two leveled deck overlooking the lake. All the creature comforts of home and all the beauty and exclusivity of your own private Muskoka retreat.

The cottage features a spacious kitchen and dining room ideal for large gatherings, a great room with a TV and wood-burning fireplace. End your sun-filled day with outdoor dining and evening sunsets, and during the day enjoy the multiple seating areas on the expansive upper and lower decks. There is also a sandy beach awesome for children or those who prefer a sandy walk-in, but also deeper swimming at the end of the dock. Also included on the property is a designated firepit area overlooking the waterfront. Canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards provide everything needed for fun-filled days on the water. Laundry room is located on the lower level with an additional fridge provided for larger gathering.

The cottage is conveniently located near Highway 400 access. For shopping needs and local attractions, Silver Lake Retreat is a 20-minute drive to the town of Rosseau or Parry Sound.

Perfect for families

The cottage was lovely. It had everything we needed and more. The sandy beach was wonderful for the kids and the lake was great for swimming. It’s a beautiful spot with lots of privacy. Adrian was a great host and very helpful.

Family vacation

Exceeded our expectations. Facilities were well equipped for dining. We had a local chef ( The Muskoka Chef) prepare our dinners and she was very impressed with the kitchen and equipment. Lots of outside fun with paddle boards etc. Inside entertainment was excellent with pool table, ping pong and hot tub and TV’s in all key rooms. We would certainly recommend this location to our friends and we plan on returning in the future.

Beautiful Property, Great Stay

We had a fabulous time at Adrian's Silver Lake Cottage. We are three families with children ranging from age 3 to 14 and six adults. The cottage was spacious, the property was fabulous for little kids (on the beach) and the lake was perfect for water activities (we brought our own boat). The location is perfect and not far from shops, but on a quiet lake so no boat traffic to worry about or listen too. Adrian was an excellent host and responded quickly to any and all inquiries. Thanks Adrian for a fantastic stay! We highly recommend this property.

Awesome 2 week stay!

Our large group had a great stay at this beautiful property. The house is very well laid out and set up well for a large group. Multiple outdoor seating/dining areas and a great bbq that we utilized daily. Our group of 8 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space and comfort for our 2 week stay. The cottage has everything you need, well appointed kitchen with every appliance under the sun. We really enjoyed the private beach and beautiful landscaping, everything was perfect! Thanks so much Adrian for your hospitality and prompt communication. Would 100% recommend this spot and hope we get to enjoy it again someday!

Family Get Away

We had a fantastic week at this cottage! It far exceeded our expectations. There were 8 adults and 3 children. There was so much to do on the property, water trampoline, kayaks etc, ping pong/ pool table, badminton, propane fire pit, The water area was perfect for young children with the Sandy beach area and shallow water entry. Cottage was extremely clean, furniture in excellent/new condition. Property manager, Adrian, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be renting this cottage again.

Magical memorable holiday

We have rented summer cottages for many years…. But this was by far the BEST family vacation spot we have ever been treated to, The muskoka room was a huge surprise and a fantastic addition to the cottage. The water trampoline was certainly the hi light for the kids. Fishing was great…even caught a snapping turtle We saw a fox and deer and a painted turtle. Lots of frogs and chipmunks too. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The outdoor areas were set up to feel like we were at an exclusive resort. The only unfortunate piece was that our vacation week next year has already been reserved….so my advice…. if you’re considering…grab it fast. Thanks for sharing your magical cottage with my family. Will hold special memories forever.

The nicest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at!

This property beyond incredible. I stayed here over the August long weekend with 9 friends, 3 dogs and a 7 month old baby and we could not have had a better time. The home is brand new, pristine, beyond gorgeous and had absolutely everything we could have ever needed and more. Every room was cozy and decorated to perfection. The seating areas were comfortable and perfect for a big group. The kitchen had every appliance necessary as well as an amazing amount of space for a large group. We loved the large dining room table that seating 9 adults comfortably and overlooked the beautiful lake. The outdoors was perfectly landscaped and had a massive amount of space for outdoor activities. We spent the days on the beach and the evenings around the fire pit. We used the paddle boards, kayaks and canoes to explore the stunning lake. Adrian was kind, considerate and quick to answer all of our questions leading up to our stay as well as when we were there. He has created the perfect summer getaway. We couldn’t be more impressed with this property and felt like we had won the lottery getting to stay there for a weekend. We wish we had stayed longer!

Wonderful Stay!

Adrian’s cottage was a perfect escape from the city. Clean, well equipped and quiet. He was great to communicate with and the property had everything we needed for 5 nights! Definitely recommend :)
