Wir haben bereits zum dritten Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht. Die Ausstattung ist super gut und die Einrichtung gemütlich & hyggelig. Es war toll auf der Dachterrasse die letzten warmen Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Betten frisch bezogen, Ersatzhandtücher ausreichend vorhanden und Endreinigung inklusive - so muss Urlaub sein: ankommen & sich einfach nur wohlfühlen!
Das Haus an sich ist ruhig und die örtliche Lage für uns hervorragend. Parken direkt vor der Tür ist perfekt. Man erreicht Burg in 10Minuten und auch zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit.
Der zeitweilige Lärm von Feiern aus dem Nachbarhaus war dieses mal tatsächlich nervig, vor allem wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen will, aber für mich trotzdem kein Grund für eine schlechtere Bewertung. Der Vermieter trägt hier keinerlei Verantwortung für etwaige Veranstaltungen im Nachbarhaus.
Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Danke für Ihre Mühen! Wir wissen es sehr zu schätzen und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Leider müssen wir eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben! Zu der Lage können wir nicht viel sagen, da wir zum ersten mal auf Fehmarn waren. Aber ruhig war es nicht, da am Ende der Gasse ein Haus steht, wo sich regelmäßig Hochzeitsgäste trafen die für ein paar Tage blieben. Dementsprechend war es recht laut und unruhig.
Die Wohnung selber war sehr unsauber! Überall Staub, Dreck u. Spinnengewebe. An den Decken hingen mehrere Weberknechte, die ich entfernt habe. Das Bett war staubig und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Küche steht auf Stelzen wo der dickste Staubsauger und Schrubber drunterher passen. Auch da überall Staub u Spinnengewebe. Die Waschbecken, Armaturen, Dusche, Ceranfeld voll mit Wasserfecken u Dreck.
Diese Wohnung hat schon lange keine gründliche Reinigung gesehen. Was macht die Putzfirma?
Und man bezahlt noch viel Geld für die Reinigung, normal müsste man eine Entschädigung bekommen! Zumindest das Reinigungsgeld.

Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Fehmarn und hatten selten eine sooo tolle Ferienwohnung: super
Wir waren schon sehr oft auf Fehmarn und hatten selten eine sooo tolle Ferienwohnung: super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (oder auch vergessen haben könnte), total gemütlich eingerichtet mit schönen maritimen Details (wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt), viel Platz und einfach ein Ort zum Erholen. Da wir mit dem Wetter richtig viel Glück hatten, konnten wir Nachmittags sogar noch auf dem tollen Balkon in der Sonne unseren Cappu genießen.
Super Service durch den Vermieter und wirklich sehr netter Kontakt. Jederzeit erreichbar und für uns blieben keine Fragen offen.
Zur Lage: wir lieben Ruhe und waren froh, weit ab vom Trubel zu sein. Strukkamp ist ein herrlich kleines Dörfchen, mit einem tollen Strand (und zuckersüßem Leuchtturm, sowie fantastischen Blick auf die Fehmarnsundbrücke), zum nächsten Hofcafé in Albertsdorf war es gerade mal ein Kilometer (und das schöne Café hat auch zu dieser Jahreszeit noch geöffnet: toller Kaffee, leckere Kuchen und besonders erwähnenswert natürlich die Fehmarn Kröpel) und auch nach Burg waren es gerade mal 6km. Also im Grunde die perfekte Kombi - in Ruhe wohnen und wenn man Lust auf Trubel hat, ist dieser nicht fern (wobei man anmerken muss, dass die Saison bei vielen Geschäften Restaurants/Cafés bereits am 31.10. endet und viele dann in die [wohlverdiente] Winterpause gingen). Das muss einem einfach klar sein, wenn man so spät im Jahr Urlaub macht. Wir hatten also noch eine Woche mit allem drum und dran und eine etwas ruhigere Woche. Dafür kann man ab 01.11. wieder kostenlos parken ;-) Man muss auch die Vorteile erwähnen.
Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung und sauber war in der Wohnung auch alles. Herrlich, das Bettwäsche Handtücher gestellt wurden. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war auch sehr angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen sicher noch mal wieder.
