Whether you're floating the river, exploring local shops and restaurants, or enjoying the city's attractions, you'll be in the heart of it all.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Inside, you'll enjoy the charm of the cottage's unique brick construction, an oversized window overlooking the shared backyard and plunge pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The plunge pool and backyard are shared with just two neighboring vacation homes.

Pet Fees

Dogs under 40 lbs: $25 per day

Dogs over 40 lbs: $40 per day

One-time cleaning fee: $35 per stay (covers additional cleaning inside the cottage)

Yard cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted in the pool area and are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture requiring additional cleaning or replacement, the $300 pet deposit will be forfeited.
