CLEAN & COMFORTABLE condo located at the summit area of Snowshoe Resort (North side of mountain). 3 minute walk to slopes (conditions permitting), short bike ride to bike park. 1/2 mile from Snowshoe Village. Hiking trails right outside your door.

BIG ground floor studio w/ private entrance, full kitchen & bathroom, TV/DVD/wifi, washer & dryer, mudroom w/ gear storage, walk-out back deck for relaxing and/or bike storage (bring a lock and secure to railing). FREE SHUTTLE. Enjoy Snowshoe basin, Western Territory, Silver Creek, Shavers Lake, mountain views, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Bike storage on private back deck. Bring your own lock. BIKE WASH station next to parking lot. Clean up towels are provided in the mudroom (entryway).

PLEASE REVIEW AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR HOUSE RULES. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND AND FORFEITURE OF THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Our HOA operates security cameras all around the building grounds and our property manager lives in a cottage across from the building. We have a security camera on the back porch.

We live at Snowshoe year-round and can easily be reached via VRBO messaging to answer questions or provide information about the condo, resort, etc. Any issues with your lodging will be addressed promptly, often by your hosts personally.

Cell calls and texting can be delayed but we answer asap. Use VRBO messaging for fastest response.

Turn off Air Conditioner (if applicable).
Please leave linens on beds and towels wherever you finish with them. Housekeeping will gather and sort these items for the laundry service.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am. Excessive noise/inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. No cooking/grilling on back porch.
No muddy clothes in washer/dryer. No bikes in the condo. No mud in the condo. Do not block walkway in front of the unit.
Wash and replace pots/pans you used. Load and start dishwasher prior to checkout. Lock all doors and windows before leaving condo.
