2bd 2ba Gulf Shores Condo w Pool & deeded beach access

This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit is located right off the elevator's door so no far traveling with your luggage. With deeded beach access you’re a short walk away from the white sugary sand beach. The complex has a crystal blue large circular pool (located directly in the center of complex) with loungers and seating surrounding. The Pool is open unitl 10PM you can still enjoy after a long day at the beach. Its great for the whole family. Keyless door entry so no worry of keeping track of a physical key.

The Master room boasts a King size bed.
While Bedroom 2 offers twin bunk bed as well as a single bed.
You can sleep 6 people comfortably here. All rooms have cable television. Free wifi internet connection while in the unit.

The full kitchen has everything you may need to use during your stay. There are also 4 charcoal grills outside in the courtyard as well as picnic tables under the gazebo.
When you are not cooking at home try Janino's Pizza or The Beach House Kitchen & cocktails restaurant they are both within a few blocks of the unit. There is lots to do here in the city of GULF SHORES plenty of restaurants, amusement parks, and attractions to enjoy all within just a few miles of the complex.
We are located by both the beautiful beach and Little Lagoon.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach and great location for resturauants and things to do. I hope to stay again in the future!!

We had an absolute blast! Beach Access was close and easy, Will was always extremely helpful with any question I had, and the King bed in the master bedroom.. y'all!! That bed was amazingly comfortable! I'd give this little slice of heaven 6 stars if I could. ❤️

Very short weekend getaway. Wished we had more time. Condo was great. Checkin was easy. Elevator didn’t take long. Good location. Only thing condo didn’t have hand soap just bring some and a roll of paper towels. Condo was great and listed everything out. Good stay.

We stayed three nights with two adults and two teen girls, and this condo was perfect for us. The location was great, the size was just right, and the price was excellent for our October beach getaway. Being on the first floor made it easy to use either the stairs or the elevator, and the parking spot was conveniently close because of the building’s layout.The pool was nice, though a little cool due to the cloudy and windy weather. We really appreciated the private beach entrance—it was very close and easy to access. The king bed was extremely soft and comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep.A few small things to note: we were asked to take out the trash despite paying a cleaning fee, and my husband noticed some dust. Having liquid hand soap provided was a nice touch since I forgot to pack any. The master shower dripped a bit, but closing the door at night took care of the sound.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others. We plan to book again when visiting the area.

Small, but mighty

The property was clean and in a great spot. Be aware that the kitchen, master bathroom, and additional bedroom is small. You have to sit on the toilet to look into the mirror in the master bathroom. And the toilet is very low. Besides that, you are in the middle of everything and just a walk away from the beach. I felt safe and comfortable. It's not luxurious, but it's definitely not a bad choice.

Amazing Experience

The condo was well equipped and clean! Right off of the elevator or the steps are right down from the door. Great communication with the Owner!!! I’ve never had that experience with any other rentals. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations but it should be up and going as of today. The beach is across the road but it was easily accessed through the private beach access. Loved our stay and cannot wait to go back.

My daughter was invited to pick up with a team for Nationals in Gulf Shores, TWO WEEKS before we had to be there. I looked on VRBO and most places were booked for the dates we needed. I found Unit 116 and booked it immediately. We made it there just before our check in time of 4 pm. Will sent instructions and we were able to have a smooth check in. From the moment we opened the door, it felt like home away from home. Everything was nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and we were even able to carry our belongings without the need of a wagon. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals, and the washer and dryer were super handy so I didn't have to bring home dirty laundry. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book with Will again on our next trip to Gulf Shores! Thank you for offering a nice, safe, clean place for my family and I to spend our time away from home and the ballpark at!

Good for small families

The host was GREAT! Location was GREAT! This condo was what we needed but there was a few issues. First being the parking lot. Incredibly small area for parking. We had an expedition and it was horrible trying to squeeze in that small area. The bathrooms were also very small. I’m 6’3 and my family is pretty tall, and the toilets were very low and small. Especially in the master bedroom. Very tight space. But other than that, the place was perfect especially for the price we paid. Also very close to the beach with easy access to it!

Bama beach stay

We were in town for a gymnastics competition nearby. Unfortunately the wind made any beach time miserable so we enjoyed the small pool during our short stay. The parking was labeled, too bad others didn’t adhere to parking in the designated spot. I wasted 20+ minutes waiting for someone to move from my spot to avoid towing. Need new cleaners as the floors were not clean, sand in the kitchen sink, hair in the fridge and the owners suite is overdue for a new bed to say the least. The final straw was pulling back the covers for bed and finding hair on the sheets and pillows. Disappointing.

Highly recommended - steps to the white sand beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and bright and just across the street from the beautiful gulf beach! We were pleasantly surprised to find beach toys, an umbrella, and chairs as well. The area was very accessible to restaurants and shops without feeling crowded. Communication was easy and prompt; check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend!
