Large open living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on peninsula next to Mobile Bay and 2 blocks from white sandy beaches of Gulf of Mexico. Side screened porch. Large pool with zero entry, hot tub and tennis court. Additional adult pool. There is a gazebo at poolside. Next to the tennis court there is picnic area with barbecue grills. The fort at Fort Morgan is an interesting attraction, as well as, the Estuarium in Dauphine Island.

Great Area!

Loved staying here. Relaxing pool steps away or just a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch made for the best mornings. Very comfortable king size beds.

This is a lovely home. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The home had plenty of room and everything you need. Close to the beach and close to the pool.

Fort Morgan Gem!!

Joe was a breeze to work with. His unit is very tastefully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable, the unit is very clean, and there is a plethora of kitchen gadgets and cookware. Will absolutely consider staying here on our next trip down!

We loved our little house and its location. So quiet and peaceful. We rented a golf cart and the kids enjoyed riding the trails and going to the beach.

Perfect for families

Very comfortable and roomy for a family with children. Great pool and close to the Gulf. Had many amenities. Also had games to play together in home and on the beach or pool.

Very cozy and just as described! Well stocked with necessities which was very convenient. Easy to communicate with owner. Check in process was seamless. Beach access very close by across the road. FYI: would NOT recommend renting a golf cart from Island Carts, very bad experience with that company.

John was so helpful when I called because I had trouble locating the house. He stayed on the line and made sure I was able to get in! The property was so nice and had everything we needed for a cousin’s weekend away!

My family and I loved it there, it very quiet, close to the beach and the beach house was very clean with lots of amenities, only down side is there are not a lot of restaurants near by. Overall 10/10, we will be back !

Good vacay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. The pool is awesome and perfect for the kiddies. We drove a truck for the trip to the beach. It takes maybe 5 mins to get to the beach, no overcrowding, and very peaceful. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us.

Comfy quiet area near Ft Morgan and Restaurants

Property is in a small neighborhood. So nice and quiet. The ocean is just a few blocks away and is a gorgeous, rustic part of the beach. We went in a month that was still a little cool, but with a little warmer temperatures it would have been perfect for swimming. Cute, fun pool and hot tub nearby. Beds were comfortable and all basic accessories were there. TVs in every room. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Fort Morgan Beach House. It was not far from the beach. We only left the area twice during our stay to go into Gulf Shores because we were close to almost everything we needed. There were a few cleaning issues but nothing that caused our stay to be upset. Communication was top notch, the check in/out process was super easy. The property matched the description. I highly recommend.

Great house in the Rookery

Like all the houses in the Rookery this one is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood has a nice pool and tennis court (with pickleball lines). Easy walking distance to the beach (around a half mile). I had to request check-in instructions. The instructions he provided were clear and simple! (I did accidently forget to return the parking passes. If you stay here, make sure you leave the parking passes on the table at check out!)

Fort Morgan Beach house

Great place! It was nice to have a pool on the property and be close to the beach. The walk was longer than I thought it might be. It was very hot and we had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc to carry so the walk to the beach seemed long. Definitely doable, but my group ended up driving and parking on the roadside. It was a 1 minute drive but worth it because of the heat and made it easier to transport all our beach chairs and umbrellas. The place was clean and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood.
