Serenity Shores on Lake Winnisquam!
Come Enjoy this Lake Winnisquam waterfront home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 levels. All levels have walk out porches where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Winnisquam! You will not be disappointed when you wake up to see the lake right outside the door, and your boat on the dock!
The main level has a bedroom offers a Full sized bed, there is a full bathroom, and a living/dining area. The kitchen is well stocked, there are french doors that open to the screened in porch that spans the front of the home.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, Large master suite with a Queen bed and another smaller bedroom with a Full bed, there's also a full bathroom.
The lower level has another living room seating area, a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds and another full bathroom. Step outside onto a nice patio area and the small grassy yard.
Parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway. Pets considered upon owner approval. Kayak and Paddle board are not included for renters.
