It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, and lots of windows to enjoy spectacular views! You'll love the ease of a ground level condo with a private, lap pool, plus you're just steps from the beach and larger pools shared with the other residents.

The community is gated with 24 hour security. As guests of Casa del Cielo, you'll enjoy the concierge services of Your Cozumel Vacations. Great place/great time!

We stayed at Residencias Reef for two weeks. Beautiful location and exceptional property. Quiet, convenient and located near many activities and exceptional restaurants and resorts.

Home away from Home

We love staying at Residencias Reef! This property manager was awesome to work with. They did our grocery shopping for us, arranged a chef to come cook for us one day and couples massages on the patio. They were always a text away and had great attention to detail and customer service.
