This charming, historic cottage is in the perfect location for Mountaineer fans! Just a short walk from the WVU football stadium. With four bedrooms, two baths, a large yard, the original trim and a sun porch, you'll feel like you're stepping back in time to a bygone era. Just keep in mind that this is an older home with some quirks. While it's not a completely remodeled house, it's full of character and perfect for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!

Whether we’re cheering on the Mountaineers, rocking out to live music, or exploring warm and sunny destinations on vacation, we always have a blast!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in 2017 when our oldest daughter was a freshman at WVU. She lived in the home with friends and then her younger sister moved in and also spent her days at WVU in this home. After she graduated, we decided to open our doors as a short term rental.
