Soaring beach and ocean views are yours to behold from this 21st-story perch at Golden Sands of Ocean City! Bright and inviting, this condo comes tastefully decorated and offers numerous home comforts including cable-equipped smart TVs, central air-conditioning, a full kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. Have a seat on the covered, private balcony and enjoy the sea breezes and panoramic vista. The soft sand below invites you to spend your days at the beach. Guests of the main bedroom can watch the ocean through their wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.

Ocean City's top attractions are within a short driving distance, but recreation opportunities are also abundant right on the property. Get in your daily exercise with some vitamin 'sea' - the fitness center's treadmills face the water, and the tennis court and outdoor pool are beachside.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Thoroughly enjoyed this home and would definitely stay again

This home was perfect for 4 adults, 2 small children and one toddler. It was clean and just the right amount of space for us. Didn’t need anything larger in the living room. Kitchen was fine, bathrooms were nice, one set of towels for each person. Outdoor pools are great (we didn’t use the indoor one.). The arcade could have been a bit more fun for the kids. Seems like there’s some vacant “storefronts” by the deck/pools, and would be nice for a larger arcade with more games. Deck and tiki bar were great, pricing about as expected, more than at home, but that wasn’t surprising. All in all we would definitely stay on this property and in this unit again.

This unit has access to a great beach and fabulous views from a choice of 2 balconies. The drawbacks are the older carpets in the unit, 1 bathroom that needs updating, and the small, outdated pool. Staff were nice and the unit had everything you needed for beach fun!

We recently stayed as a family of 5 (four adults and a child). The condo was very spacious and we were very comfortable. There could be some minor updates made but they honestly didn't bother us and wouldn't deter us from recommending a stay here. The owners provided a nice care package with detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. which we felt was incredibly thoughtful. The views are spectacular. Overall we would recommend a stay here.

Three bedroom and large kitchen/family room easily hosted 5 persons. Kitchen had all amenities including Keurig compatible maker. AC worked great. Fans in every room. Comfortable beds with memory foam mattress toper and pillows. Beach chairs a plus. Two balconies offered great views of ocean and Bay. Would recommend a beach umbrella and cooler.

Great for family spring break

Views from the 21st floor were great! The kitchen was pretty well equipped. Everyone had their own room and slept well on the comfy beds. Appreciated the large tv especially on a rainy day. Location was good, near shops and restaurants. Didn’t realize the walkway from the elevator to the unit was open air (balcony) and not an interior hallway, wasn’t a problem for us but be aware if you’re not comfortable with heights. Late March in OC might be iffy on weather but it’s a real break from the summer crowds!

We would 100% stay at this unit again. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults, two small children and one toddler. While we didn’t even make it up to the indoor pool on the 22nd floor, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the baby pool every day. There are lots of staff on the property keeping it clean, and they were all very friendly. All towels were provided (bath, hand, and face), one set for each person. Suggest bringing a couple of your own kitchen towels though. Shampoo and shower gel provided in bathrooms. I believe we pretty much had everything we needed. More TP would always be a bonus with 6 people using the bathrooms. Only downside is that this unit only has one “free” parking spot. It seems like additional spots are hard to come by. We had to park at the municipal lot two blocks away at 10 for the first day, and then we lucked out and got an on-property spot for the rest of our stay at 20 per day. I totally understand the logistics of managing this process, but the lot never looked full. There were lots of seemingly unused spots, but who knows, maybe my perception is wrong on this. At any rate, that would not deter us from staying here again. We’ll definitely try for this unit again on our next visit to Ocean City.

Fabulous Condo on the Beach

The rooms were light and airy, and all three bedrooms and living room, had access to a balcony, with seating, overlooking either the ocean or the bay. The kitchen had everything we needed, ice maker, and loved having the extras - beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Didn't use the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool and beach were very clean. Easy beach access, and the condo deck had varied food menu, beverages, and evening entertainment - something for everyone! Off the deck were also a coffee shop/deli, ice cream shop, and small market and gift shop. A good selection of restaurants nearby. Only drawback is the one parking spot, if you have an extended family. A few minor issues - the kitchen floor was dirty (the staff offered to reclean), the entrance door into the hall didn't lock from the outside (which we didn't realize till the last day when one of the kids opened it without entering the key code), and the desk staff didn't know where to locate the ping pong/activity room equipment. All in all everyone had a great time and would highly recommend as a family/friendly beach getaway!

Home had large stains on carpet in main bedroom and dining area. The vertical blinds only worked in main bedroom. The individual slats fell off and the wand to open them was missing. Towel racks were off or falling off in front bathroom. It appeared that the unit was under a state of repair as two of the bedroom closets had miscellaneous paint cans and tools. Location was very nice and the unit had a lot of potential but felt like it needed to be repaired/updated and deep cleaned before being rented.

Great Views.

The views from the unit were unbelievable. Two bedrooms share a balcony with views of the bay while the master bedroom and livingroom share a balcony with views of the ocean. It looks like all the carpeting throught has been recently replaced. Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

Nice location even with issues

There were a few things that should be dealt with. The carpets need to be cleaned really well or replaced with tile or laminate. Carpet and beach - not a good mix. The hot spigot nozzle in one of the bathrooms would not turn so we were unable to get hot water from it. We did notify Vacasa who had a maintenance man come check it out right away. He was not able to fix it while we were there. The full size bed was not usable due to a broken box spring & mattress. We were very pleased that the owner had it replaced that day. The couch is tired. Ceiling fans blades need to be cleaned. Even with these issues, the place was nice. The views of the ocean and the bay amazing! Location was convenient to go shopping, dining and enjoying the beach. The staff of Vacasa and Golden Sands were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again? I would consider it.

Great Place!

Our family did a mini week mid-July. We were very pleased with the condo and its amenities. Check in and out was simple and navigating through the building was done with ease regardless that it was nearly at the top of the building. The condo itself was very clean which is always a concern for me but I was pleasantly surprised that it was prepared for us.
