Enjoy this gorgeous home just minutes from all Saratoga Springs has to offer. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is close to the famous Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Lake, Downtown, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and twenty minutes from the gorgeous Adirondacks. A brand new in-ground swimming pool was added in June 2023! The pool includes an outdoor table for six, an outdoor couch, chairs, and a lounge area! Enjoy the hot days by the pool. This home will give your group plenty of space and privacy with a large eat-in kitchen, a dining room, three living/family rooms, a sports bar, and plenty of outdoor space. After a lovely day at the track or enjoying downtown, relax in the spacious backyard with a large deck and firepit, and watch the sunset. This home is also perfect for young children. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys available! A Peloton is also available for guest use.

Very nice family weekend with three of our adult children and their families.

The home is very welcoming; and so is the host! Amanda was very attentive to detail. We were not lacking for any amenities; for both children and adults. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice backyard for the kids to play; but you can easily access a grocery store or mall if needed; and of course the Saratoga race track.

Great week in Saratoga

The house had everything that we needed lots of towels cooking utensils outdoor grill beautiful Deck! The location was close to shopping all the major box stores and a wonderful supermarket. I would definitely return to this property!
