We had a wonderful stay! The house was so sweet, spacious, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It was very well equipped and made for an easy, relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!
The home was quaint and charming. Clean, warm and inviting. Lovely neighborhood and beautiful landscapeing and mature Pine trees. We highly recommend and will be back very soon.
Do yourself a favor and book this historic well maintained home in the heart of Prescott on your next trip. Melanie was awesome at communicating and simplified our stay. We will be renting here again for sure!!
It is in great location — close to downtown Prescott but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host responded immediately to questions.
Though we visit Prescott several times a year, this is the first time staying at this home. It is a registered historic home in Prescott. The home is very nice and interesting with various antiques and lots of storage space.Home is located in a quiet area east of the very active town square. Not quite walking distance I would imagine for most, but an easy drive to the Square where this is lots of parking around the area.Main bathroom with a tub and shower is nice with a smaller bathroom adjoining the non-master bedroom. Though our stay didn't allow for time to use the back yard, it is large and well taken care of.We will always consider staying here again in the future.
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very charming and has so much character, and the location was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to do in Prescott. We did have an issue with the AC during our stay. The host was responsive and brought in a portable AC unit and fans to help, which we really appreciated. It definitely helped, although the house still stayed warmer than we would have liked during the day. There are a few small things that could use some TLC, such as updating the shower and replacing the non-slip grips on the front steps, which were worn and broken. Nothing that took away from the overall charm of the home, but small improvements that would make the stay even more comfortable.Overall, we had a nice stay and loved the location, charm, and character of this home!
This was our second stay at this beautiful property and it has become our "go to" house in Prescott. Clean, safe and conveniently located the house is perfectly set up for an enjoyable stay. Check in is a breeze as is communication with the owners. Hioghly recommend.
Wanted a quick last minute getaway and this house was a perfect fit for the family. Easy to get to and conveniently within walking distance of downtown Whiskey Row and to local trails. Highly recommend.
We loved the location and the property. The kitchen was perfect for our plans and was well-stocked with items we needed to cook our meals. Communication was quick and easy. We had one question and received a response very quickly. We had hoped to use the fireplace, but there was a note that it was not available. Turned out the weather was warmer than normal so it worked out.
