Location, location, location...Lake view and lake access directly across the street! The Royal House is a charming "northern Michigan" experience; a good clean cottage located next to a park with softball, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, playground and two pavilions. Lake access is across the street and swimming beach is just a 2 minute walk with volley ball and playground. Indoor and outdoor pools for any weather. 3 great golf courses top this great vacation community! Fireplace inside and a firepit outside on the huge entertainment deck. 2 kayaks and a kayak dolly, games and high speed wifi is included. A dedicated "Dog Park" is located just up the street. Screened in porch tops off this great place...Many choices for fun and food...Antlers Fireside restaurant, The Royal Grill, CL Pizza, Vibz Pizza, and more are all within walking distance or 2-5 minutes by vehicle.
