You've found it, the perfect spot for your next vacation! This Winnipesaukee waterfront contemporary home has 4+ bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and extensive glass facing the lake which makes for wonderful lake and mountain views. The property is sited with western exposure. You'll enjoy amazing sunsets over the lake and mountains from the wrap-around porch. Perhaps best of all, there is a large walk-in sand beach, u-shaped dock for a boat up to 22' feet in length, swim raft, canoe, 2 kayaks for you to enjoy! Please note, the amount of exposed beach changes with the lake level. No fires allowed. Don't miss out on this great location for your family!
Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $200.00.
