We loved our stay. The one room efficiency was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable furniture and bed. Great appliances including a blender for making smoothies. We loved that we could walk to everything- the beach, restaurants, the gym, dog park, etc.

Location, location, location

We loved that we could walk to downtown Naples and the beach from this unit. The size and cleanliness of the unit was quite adequate. We were not aware however until we arrived that there was no view and no outdoor space. Also, the surrounding construction was quite loud. We did not use the rooftop deck.

I can't address specifics for this property since Vacasa canceled my stay just a few hours before check in. Supposedly it was due to "construction" but I should have been notified way earlier, not when I was changing planes flying cross country. Vacasa offered an undesirable unit in a different area which, for safety etc sake I didn't want. They left me and my dog stranded with no car or place to stay, not even offering money for a night in a hotel.

Great location, great condo...

The property is nicely located just 4 blocks from 5th Ave, where all the shops and restaurants are located. The beach is just 6 blocks away. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice having all the linens provided, including beach towels. Having a full kitchen helped us save money by allowing us to cook most meals instead of eating out every meal. Having a washer and dryer available in the unit allowed us to wash clothes before heading home, which was a nice bonus. We were disappointed that the advertised hot tub on the roof was out of commission. There was moldy water in it and clearly had not been used in awhile. Also, communication with the property manager was not prompt. We waited more than a day for a response, and still did not get an answer to the question asked (if the laundry pods provided were color-safe, or bleach only as there are solid white linens). We ended up purchasing a bottle of color-safe detergent and leaving it for the next renters, just to be safe.

Hurricane impacted

Totally understand the hurricane impacted a lot but I feel like the rooftop patio should be removed from the listing. Instead, it is still there (several months after hurricane) on the listing and upon check in, we received notification that it’s closed due to the hurricane. We specifically booked it so my husband could smoke outdoors. There is nowhere around to smoke or sit outside. Additionally, there is a bucket and large moldy hole in the closet. We tried to use it one day and our clothes got wet and stinky. There is no place to hang clothing and no dresser to put clothing. Not even a single KCup for the coffee maker. No fan. On the plus side, the home is clean and great location. As long as you don’t need a closet and don’t care about the outside seating, you’re in good shape for what is advertised.

Super well equipped and might be the only building allowed very short-term rental in the area!

This is probably the only building other pricy hotels that allows less than 7 days rental in the well-located area in Olde Naples! The property is super clean without smell or dirty feeling like hotels. The owner equipped it so well with quality appliances and everything else you may need, even beach chairs, full size in unit washer and dryer, vacuum, iron & board, coffee machine, blender, toaster, etc. Reasonable priced in a very decent and private area. The sofa bed is a bit hard but we found more comforter & blankets in the closet to make it better.

Luxury, classy and dog friendly!

I don’t have to talk about the location because it is obviously right at the city center of olde Naples. The place looks newly built with classy luxurious finishes. It might also be the only place where you can rent by days! The best of all for me - it allows two dogs!! So no complaints. Definitely recommend 👍
