Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, or maybe just looking to enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in the warm sun, this brand new home has it all! It is beautifully decorated with high end furniture and stylish décor. The home is stocked with everything you will need in order to relax and have an amazing time! It's surrounded by some of Utah's most breathtaking scenery and just 40 minutes from Zion National Park. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

The main floor has a large, well-stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, gas stove, lots of storage and is equipped with all of the cooking pots, pans and utensils you will need to cook a great meal at home. There is also a large open living room with an oversized, comfy sectional sofa and 75" smart TV, dining area (seats 8), laundry, powder room and several closets on the main level. You can also enjoy the outdoor patio space with a nice outdoor dining set and BBQ grill.

The upstairs has a large Master suite (King bed with pillow top mattress) with a walk-in closet, 65" smart TV, and ensuite bathroom (soaker tub, separate shower and double vanities). There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs that each have a plush pillow top Queen mattress and 55" smart TV. There is a separate full bathroom just outside of the bedrooms. There is also a free-play arcade game with 12 games to choose from.

You will have private access to the entire house.

Each booking include 6 day-passes to the Washington Rec Center (7 minutes away). With the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah, the Washington City Community Center is set to make a splash! An 8-lane 25-yard competition pool is complemented by a 10,174 square foot beach entry leisure pool with a lazy river, 3 story hydro tube slide, play sets for all ages, splash pad, and an enormous 317 gallon dump bucket designed to keep you cool! The rec center also has basketball courts, a rock climbing wall, weight training equipment, an indoor track and snack bar.
There are some pickle ball courts in the community that guests can play on (first come, first serve). *The community waterpark is currently still under construction

We provide some items that will make your trip more enjoyable if you plan to attend any of the nearby lakes, reservoirs or parks to hike.

We also provide a pack n play and high chair if you are traveling with a baby.
