This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!

Whether you use the chairs and gear to sun below, BBQ at poolside, or just enjoy the tropical serenity of this immaculate front row condo.
The ideal spot for couples, friends and solo travelers alike, you will love this beachfront Hawaiian paradise. Spend the evening outdoors on the lanai or at the poolside Tiki Hut Bar as you watch the sky change colors and the palms sway in the famous trade winds.
Unit 351 includes: Free wireless internet (WiFi); flat screen Smart TV; high efficiency Mitsubishi air conditioner (A/C); coffee maker; two mini fridges, one with separate freezer door compartment (there are ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation, and every night you will return to the serenity of Suite 351 and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean.
Free parking for our guests but there are no elevators on the property. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges. * A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key. * Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

The best part is we were in an oceanfront unit so our balcony made it just like we were at the beach. There are plenty of little shops nearby so we did not rent a car and were able to get anything we needed. Very relaxing nice trip. Unit was comfortable and clean.

The room overlooks the ocean just as shown in the picture and you can hear the pounding surf. The location is ideal, with several restaurants and a market just a few steps away. Nice walking path along the beach. Our host, Kathy, was very responsive and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed 9 lovely nights.

We had a marvelous time in Kauai, in part because we had a great place in a central location to stay. Everything was perfect, but the sunrises from the lanai were spectacular! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Perfect for my last 2 nights to splurge on oceanfront
The condo was so nice, clean, and comfy. I throughly enjoyed my stay and hope to do so again in the future. After your daily adventures you can unwind with nearby places to eat, or just relax on the balcony and watch the waves until you are ready to sleep. Great spot, 5 stars!

This spot is my mom’s favourite location in the world, second to none ocean front views with evening breezes is the best. So close to the beach that you can hear the waves all day and all night. Easy check in, super clean, quick to communicate, highly recommend this rental and location to anyone.

It’s all about the view and easy access to what feels like a private beach. Pool is nice. Not a resort feel. The small shopping area has a lot of convenient shops. You’ll feel lucky to get a spot here.
We were extremely happy with the unit! Kathy was very responsive and answered all questions The unit is in the best location on the property. The location geographically was perfect for our trip. We were close to the Na Pali catamaran tour with Captain Andy -( so well done) The movie tour picked us up in the lobby, and we were close to the Waimea Canyon State Park for an early morning drive.

If you want to stare at the ocean with unobstructed views-this checks the box. This was a perfect spot for our last 3 nights on the island. Cozy studio with everything we needed for our time. We like to cook on vacations so might not stay for a full week here but overall this was perfect. Loved being able to walk along the shore on the long sidewalk as well.

The studio is beautiful, has everything you could need or want. Having two fridges was perfect, bed was comfortable. AC blew cold. Spent most of our days on the lounge, chairs beach side.

Excellent location right on the beach. We sat out on the balcony each morning and watched the sunrise as the balcony faced right onto the ocean. The beach is excellent to sit and also get in the ocean and swim. Great communication with the host and all the amenities we needed. Resort has a swim pool, hot tub and bar right at swim pool. We toured alot of the island and are glad we landed at this location as it is centrally located to alot of activities. There is coconut market right across the street with shopping and grocery store. Great eateries around as well. There is a nice boardwalk right next to beach to walk up and down the different areas of beach. I would definitely book again if we make it back to Kaui!!
The view of the ocean are what makes this rental. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning and people watching from the balcony as we leisurely enjoyed simple breakfasts in the room. It is not super fancy if that is your style, but a nice basic accommodation. The location is handy for going both to the south shore and north shore. The shopping area for essentials is a walk across the parking lot. We used the grills provided by the pool a couple times for dinner and they were in good shape and clean. Having 2 dorm refrigerators is very handy and we did not have to be concerned with having enough room for food and drinks we purchased. If we are able to come back again, I would consider staying here again or at this resort.

We particularly loved sitting on the balcony/veranda in the a.m. as the sun came up, hot drink in hand, listening to the surf. It's a great location, very handy to lots of things, especially the beach!
The facility is a bit older and could use some modernizing; but it was certainly adequate.
A couple of suggestions: This is a 2-person facility, and it would be very helpful to have a 3-cup coffee-maker, rather than the 10-12 cup unit that is provided. It's just not handy to make 2 or 3 cups—a small amount—in a large coffee-maker. And it would be helpful to have one or two extra garbage bags. Our stay was for 2 weeks, and to expect us to buy a package of garbage bags just to get 1 or 2 more seems, um, a bit "cheap." Why not have extras on hand for convenience?
But these are minor matters. We very much enjoyed our time in this VRBO and would do it again in a heartbeat.
