Waterfalls Hotel - Luxury View Condo in Downtown Victoria

This is for a booking at the Victoria Waterfalls Hotel. This luxury condo is on the 16th floor of the iconic The Falls building in downtown Victoria. The condo is newly furnished and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets and basic supplies. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, so this is a perfect get-away for two couples or a small family. Our condo is on the 16th floor, with an amazing view of the inner harbour, straight of Juan de Fuca, and the Olympic Peninsula.

There is also a small office with an extra monitor in the condo, should duty call during your Victoria visit. The building is very secure, with an RFID fob for accessing the elevator and underground parking. The building also offers a heated pool, hot tub and workout room.

The location is downtown, across the corner from the Empress Hotel and the Victoria Convention Centre. There are dozens of great restaurants and shops nearby, and the harbour and parliament buildings are all a short walk away.

Butchart Gardens and the Bear Mountain golf course are a short drive away, but other than that you don't have to get in your car once you are settled in. We hope you enjoy our Victoria condo as much as we do!

Awesome location

Condo was centrally located in downtown Victoria. Easy and convenient walks to all we wanted to visit as well as loads of great restaurant choices. We parked our car at beginning of stay and did not use it for four days. Accomadations were very nice as well.

Close to everything.

Nice location. The view is amazing of the harbor. Everything is within walking distance of the building. The pool and hot tub area is very nice.

Luxe accommodation overlooking Victoria harbour

This sumptuous 2BR unit is on the 16th floor of a prestige condo building overlooking the famous Empress hotel, with views of the harbour. It's exceedingly well-equipped: an UltraHD large-screen TV, electric fireplace, heated marble floor in the bathroom, attractive art. There's even a pair of binoculars with which to watch boats, the Seattle ferries, and seaplanes coming and going.The kitchen has (almost!) everything you might need. A microwave, gas range, Braun coffee maker, a quality burr grinder, French press, toaster, kettle, mini food processor, NutriBullet, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Unfortunately, what it didn't have was a dependable oven. Instead of hotel rooms, we booked this VRBO unit for a Family holiday gathering, intending to prepare a proper Christmas dinner (turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, veggies, etc). On Christmas Eve, we discovered the oven's temperature regulator was inoperative. As a result, our meal that night was seriously overdone. Not wishing a repeat event, we found another venue for our Christmas dinner. By the time you read this review, the owners will hopefully have had it repaired -- if you intend to use the oven, best to confirm that in advance.The condo's location is right downtown, ideal for visitors to the city. But the central location means city noise, esp on Fri/Sat nights, as it overlooks Victoria's 'party palace' (the Strath) whose revellers exit at 2am. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs are recommended.

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband works very hard all year so when we go on vacation, we like to spoil ourselves with beautiful accommodations. We've stayed at a few different units in The Falls building but this was our favourite! Jodi & Ken's place is exactly as shown in the pictures; beautifully decorated with modern furniture & decor, very comfortable furniture & beds, fully supplied kitchen, and extremely clean. We especially loved that it is a corner unit so the large balcony wraps around two sides. The views are amazing from inside the condo as well as outside on the balcony. Jodi was very easy to communicate with and she checked in with us to make sure our check-in had gone smoothly. The Falls building is always very clean and well maintained; even the underground secured parking is kept very clean! The location can't be beat as you can walk to so many things - the waterfront, all of downtown, Chinatown; and so much more to see is only a short drive away. We both HIGHLY recommend Jodi & Ken's condo and can't wait to go back again! Thank you for a perfectly wonderful stay in Victoria!

Perfect Location And Incredible Hosts

Our third time visiting Victoria and we find this location to be ideal without a car. Easily able to walk everywhere. The 2 BR Condo had everything we needed with plenty of space for 2 couples. Left some important things and the owner is doing the kind favor to return ~ adding to my satisfaction. I would definitely book again.

Great stay!

This is a lovely property. Beautiful water and city views and close to everything downtown. The kitchen has everything for the gourmet cook. The location was easy access to main roads taking us further out to explore as well. The unit was clean, quiet and very comfortable. If your looking for a great place for two couples to enjoy everything Victoria has to offer this is the perfect choice!

Classy, convenient, clean, and an amazing view of Victoria

What an awesome condo. Well-appointed, well-decorated and VERY clean. We had Victoria at our fingertips, as this condo is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, parks, museums, the ferry and harbour, and lots of cool shops. We (me, husband and adult son) toured the city on foot over the course of 3 days and loved every minute of it. Communication by our host, Jodi, was awesome and instructions were very well laid out. I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed.

First class

Secure free parking, 2 minute walk to the waterfront, wonderful views, swimming pool, gym and hot tub, modern, first class accommodation with little luxurious extras like mint shower steam fizzes thrown in. The only problem we encountered was returning the key because the box would not reset in the 7/11 so make sure to leave time for that. Jodi told us to just leave the keys inside the apartment when we phoned her. Highly recommended property.

Amazing View of the Harbor!

We enjoyed the trip to Victoria so much. This condo has one of the absolute best views of the harbor in the city. We really enjoyed the condo, the heated pool and the proximity to everything. The owners were great to communicate with, check-in was a breeze and the free covered parking spot was awesome.

Victoria condo stay

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Care had obviously been taken in the attractive art and other furnishings. In addition, our hosts were responsive in resolving our tv channel request which was greatly appreciated. Our only disappointment was the fact that the bedrooms looked out on a nightclub/rooftop bar across the street which went full blast well past 1 am on weekends (Friday-Sunday). One of us, a light sleeper with very good hearing, was forced to sleep in the hallway on the weekends. We recognize the location of this rental is in an urban setting, but there is a 11 pm local noise curfew which is not enforced by the city. Other residents admit there is a problem but appear to have resigned themselves to the situation. The hosts should also know that one of the two elevators serving the building was not working, necessitating very long waits for the one serviceable elevator. This is frustrating to all the residents. We recognize that neither of these concerns are the direct responsibility of our hosts. However, the do impact the overall rental experience and thus should be reported.

Amazing condo

It was a amazing condo the location was perfect.. close to everything!!! Great views from the balcony,condo had all of the amenities, well stocked kitchen!! Host was easily reachable and very kind!!!!!! One suggestion is removing the fur covers on dining chairs because the shed all over our clothing which a bit annoying but other that that excellent space we give it a 5 star

Beautiful Condo With An Amazing Water and City View!

We loved this unit! The view was incredible and the kitchen and bathroom were well supplied with everything we needed. Very comfy furniture. Perfect location close to the waterfront, convenience store, many restaurants and interesting shops. There is some street noise which we'd expect in a downtown location but it didn't bother us. Good communication and detailed check in/out instructions. We had a great stay and will definitely return to this condo!

The views!

Great place to stay if you are interested in a place with incredible views of the city and harbour. Lovey condo with great view

Check in was a bit complicated with the high security building but we figured it out. The condo was very nice and well appointed. The lights were sort of dim and hard to see at night. Would recommend.

We have a number of favorite places on the plant, and Victoria is one of them. As a child Ken travelled to Vancouver Island most summers and always loved his time in Victoria. As adults, Ken and Jodi have been travelling to Victoria for both business and fun for years, and have always talked about having a get-away place here. We love this city and hope you will enjoy our get-away as much as we do.

The location - downtown and everything within walking distance. The Falls building is new and beautifully maintained. Our unit is on the 16th floor, it is big, comfortable and has an amazing view.
