Welcome to a comfortable and well-maintained condo located in downtown Victoria, within walking distance of the Inner Harbour, restaurants, shops, cafés, and public transit. This home is licensed and offered as a shared residence, in accordance with City of Victoria short-term rental bylaws. The host is a full-time family physician with long and demanding work hours, typically away from the home from early morning until late evening. A separate entrance is used by the host, and guest comfort, privacy, and quiet enjoyment of the space are priorities. This accommodation is well suited to guests who value a safe, calm, and respectful environment.

Important Notes
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
LOCATION: The suite is located in the Victoria Regent building but is not part of the Victoria Regent Strata Hotel. The suite is advertised and operated by Victoria Prime.
GUEST ACCESS: This apartment is a Shared Space where you will share common areas like the living room and kitchen with the owner, who values your privacy and will ensure you feel comfortable during your stay. You will receive two access cards for convenient entry to both the parking garage and your suite.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6' (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6' (1.80m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
Additionally, please take note of the following: • Pets are not permitted. • Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control. • Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building. • No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.

The unit was wonderful, thank you!:-Unit is just as shown in photos, view of harbour etc.-Clean and tastefully decorated.-Comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.-Great location as a base for walking or driving with the inside car parking below.-Host and owner met us in person inspite of us being delayed 20 hours by airline.-The basic supplies in the fridge were appreciated to get us started on our visit.
Beautiful, spacious, comfy like-new condo, looks exactly like pictures. Great view of harbour and legislature. Spotlessly clean. All kitchen and laundry cleaning supplies provided. Coffee, tea & milk for same a lovely bonus. Huge comfy king bed. First floor unit, super convenient to access from both street and underground parking. Victoria Prime very attentive and professional, easy check-in & out. Highly recommend!
Best location to have the heart of Victoria at your fingertips. Great location. Great view. Secure parking included with the booking, yet no need for a car! Everything is within walking distance
We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully furnished suite with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. Everything was first class. The Victoria Prime concierge who welcomed us provided excellent guidance and the location was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!
This is a rare find. Very clean and in a great location. The management added some extras too for a care free stay. We were able to walk to all places in the inner harbor. We hope to return again.

What we weren't told
The bathroom is small and ill-suited to elderly and disabled travelers. The cramped, poorly lit garage is ill-suited to large vehicles. Certain ordinary hospitality conveniences and comforts are absent.

The listing includes a clear photo of the bathroom, showing the shower-bath combination and vanity for transparency. While the building dates back to the early 1980s and the parkade reflects that era, it remains spacious enough to comfortably accommodate larger vehicles. The unit offers the essential comforts and conveniences for a short-term stay. That said, we always encourage guests to reach out directly with any concerns or preferences before booking.
