A Frame of Mind - New Property! - Upper Valley - Gas and Wood Fireplace - Washer

Located in Upper valley, which is just 4.5miles outside of Red River, A-frame of mind is a beautiful four-bedroom three full bathroom house across three floors. Through the front door are a cute small sitting area with a couch, fireplace, a TV, and small kitchen space. Past the kitchen is the first bedroom which sleeps two on a queen-size bed. The washer, dryer, and bathroom are right across the room.
 
The second floor features the main leaving area, with a dining table that seats eight people. The main kitchen is right next to the dining and it has a stove, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space and storage. The leaving area has enough seating and a big TV mounted right above the wood fireplace. You will be able to access the large deck area that has plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, and a great view of the area. Right across the main leaving area are two
bedrooms. The first sleep two on a queen-size bed while the second sleeps four on two bunk beds and a shared bathroom is just across the hallway. 
The third floor is very private with one large bedroom, king-size bed, dining table, en suite bathroom, private deck, and large closet space. 
This vacation home comes with split air condition units in three bedrooms apart from the bedroom on the first floor. Perfect for a large family or group looking to enjoy amazing views.
**4WD/Chains are required during winter months.**
No trailer parking.

Spacious Family Cabin

With the bedrooms and bathrooms spread over three floors, it gave an opportunity for us to gather for family and friend time but still have our own space to go back to. The deck was amazing and the huge windows kept you connected with the outdoors. Well equipped, just minutes from town, and perfect for our group!

Family time

Great place to stay and loved how much room we had. Driveway isnt the best but glad we came in summer. Bet its a nightmare to get out of. BUT thatd be the only thing we didnt care for. Absolutely loved setting outside on the patio and enjoying the crisp mountain air.

Nice ‘80s Cabin

Our family of ten enjoyed the cabin. It had all the amenities we needed for a budget stay. Beds were comfortable and kitchen, though small, served our needs. The cabin sits on the main road but is well out of town that it’s fairly quiet. No yard to speak of and the driveway is an incline. The cabin is kept up well having not been updated. Again, we enjoyed it and we enjoyed Red River.

This cabin was just what we needed for our family of 9. The rooms were plenty big, the dining room table fit all of us, and the whole cabin was adorable. I loved that it has not been remodeled and updated to fit the new aesthetic. It still has some old charm. I saw reviews about the driveway being steep. True, it is steep, but if you have all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and there is snow, then you will be able to park just fine. If there is not any snow, then any vehicle will work. I would recommend this cabin to any family and I would stay here again.

Stuckly Vacation-Spring Break

House is great except the driveway is steep and hard to park on without sliding. Had to put wood under tires of my expedition. Also dishwasher needs to be replaced since it's at least 30 years old. Beds are comfortable along with everything else is what it states on listing. We would choose this house again!!!

Red River

The property was not like what was shown in the pictures online. The condition of the property was horrible. We had so many issues with the property and only once did the management team respond and that did not resolve the issue we were having. The property was advertised to be a 4 bedroom but one of the bedrooms was not able to be lived in due to a constant problem. We will never stay in that particular place ever again and probably never stay in one that is managed by the property managment company. Very disappointed.
