Villa Seven Oceans - stylish new villa, extra large pool & spa, boat dock

The brand new villa "Seven Oceans" is located directly at the Courtney Canal in the hip southwest of Cape Coral.

The stylishly and modernly furnished house with over 2153 sqft has a boat access to the Gulf of Mexico, 3 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Machine. The villa is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 6 people.

In the master bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub, a sophisticated walk-in shower and 2 separate washstands with plenty of storage space. The livingroom is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen right next to it. The big TV is also set up with Apple TV.
Music fans will love the Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual playlist all over the house and the pool area.

The fantastic outdoor area is protected by a large screen and faces west. Look forward to an extra large heated pool, sunledge as well as luxurious outdoor spa and relax on the comfortable sun loungers or in the cozy lounge corner with TV and LED wall fireplace! The pool water is treated by a special pool water treatment plant (salt electrolysis system).

Of course you can enjoy all meals on the terrace in the inviting dining area. Maybe you organize a barbecue? No problem with our practical gas grill!

With the color change of the pool and spa area the sunset becomes something very special.

Supermarkets and many restaurants can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. The vacation home is an ideal starting point for various activities. How about a trip to one of the famous beaches in the area? There are also two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

In Cape Coral, our property management team will take care of you. They will be ready to help you with all your problems and questions during your stay. After your arrival, they will show you around in the house. Moreover, we prepared a folder with useful information about your holiday location.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An electricity flat rate is included in the price for bookings made after the date of March 27, 2024.
We have a base price for 2 guests a night. Each additional guest has an extra surcharge per night.
Guests should please clean the BBQ grill after using it. If it is not cleaned upon check out, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

This was a wonderful retreat! Quiet, private and the pool/hot tub had a beautiful view of the sky and canal. The house was magnificent with a clean modern decor.

Great house. Very clean and manager was extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely use Coralvillas again. Location is a bit far to get to the ocean from the canal (55 minute boat ride to river) but the service and overall fit out of the house was great.

Seven Seas Has it ALL!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seven Seas. It is equipped with everything one might want or need. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have light blocking window treatments in the master bedroom. It is very contemporary, inviting & refreshing. We will be eager to return!

Amazing home

We absolutely loved this house and the pictures are exactly as the home appears. The house was amazingly clean, the refrigerator was stocked with a few essentials and house is stocked with absolutely everything. The quality of this rental home is unbelievable no the management is the best I have ever seen. They are fast with responses and couldn’t have been easier to work with. We will be back here for sure and have recommended the house to friends and family!

This is a Wow property

By far this was one of the best properties we have rented. The house was beautiful, clean and beautifully furnished. Just a few improvements in the kitchen would be good such as fry pans that don’t stick and more plasticware to use outside. Other than that it was perfection. Would have loved to rent it again next year if our dates had been available.

True to its setting

This is a very new, clean, functional and restful property. The spa/pool/outdoor dining/sitting area is magnificent. It's OK to read and relax, watch tv or listen to Sonos music, see the boats cruise by on the canal and the occasional fish jumping. The indoors is contemporary and inviting. While you don't go to Florida just to watch TV, the monitors were large and high quality. One concern-- the kitchen cabinets are positioned very high on the wall -- I'm 6-2 and had trouble reaching the upper shelf. We went to relax there and were totally successful.

It was a perfect getaway but…

The house and the pool were absolutely stunning! We had the most relaxing vacation!! The only thing is that you have to pay for your electric consumption. I wasn’t aware of this till I received an email saying that I owe $75.00 for the electric I used during my stay. I have never stayed at a place where I was responsible for paying my electric. That really put a sour taste in my mouth - it was beautiful until it wasn’t :(

Perfect Cape Coral home!

This is house is exactly as pictured. It's beautiful! The pool and spa and outdoor living room were bigs hits with our group. And the pool toys! The house is well appointed. It had everything we needed. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. The Sonos and big TV's were great! And the burrowing owls across the street were so cute and interesting! We want to book this property again!
