About this property

Villa Histra Medulin with pool

The Schwarz family is looking forward to welcome you at Villa Histra from March 2019 onwards. The Villa Histra was built in 2018/2019 with great attention to detail. Since a holiday in a larger group is just a lot more fun, it was a concern to create space for many people.
The newly built luxury villa Histra, completed in March 2019, is located in Medulin, a town in southern Istria. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. It can accommodate up to 10 persons. Each bedroom has satellite TV, a private balcony with seating and great views of the surroundings, the sea and the pool.
The open floor plan on the ground floor is really exceptional. There you will find the large kitchen incl. Dining area and living room with satellite TV, safe and a stereo. The ground floor has direct access to the pool and sunbathing area, from where you can enjoy the Istrian sun all day long. Next to the pool is the outdoor kitchen with table football table and a barbecue area.
A highlight is the huge (100m2) roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the whole of Medulin and the sea. Here is also a lounge set to relax. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. A special feature of Villa Histra is that it has a 16A charging station for electric vehicles. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Villa has a pool heating, up to 25 celsius

Note: A security deposit in the amount of 500,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
