Our beautiful apartment is located 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.

The apartment can be used by 2 people.

The apartment is newly renovated and has 1 double bedroom with TV Bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven.
A great garden with outdoor shower invites you to relax.

In the apartment smoking is prohibited

There are several bars, restaurants and a supermarket, which can be reached by foot
Oliva town, golf course, riding arena all by car, reach in just 5 minutes.

On our beach is a KITE SURF ZONE

One of our highlights is the rental of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We also offer our guests guided tours along the great coast or into the mountainous hinterland !!

Lovely beach holiday near Oliva

We had a very nice week staying here. The appartment was spotless and well equipped and very close to the amazing Platja de Rabdells beach. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice Little Apartment

Very clean and nicely refurbished apartment, which is very cleverly constructed in what used to be the villa’s veranda. It’s only one of three apartments within that villa, and the large garden caters for people camping, but it’s pretty quiet nonetheless. It is a little open to other guests being able to see in, and we would prefer the aircon to be in the small bedroom area rather than the living area. Despite what the listing says, there is a shower, not a bath, and we couldn’t find a microwave… but other than those small points, it’s still a very pleasant and friendly place overall, with Petra being particularly attentive and worrying if everything is “all good”.

Great Hosts!

We stayed at the Oliva Bike House for 3 nights during the Fallas Festival. The house was very clean. The property has diversity with outdoor amenities and other rental units in case you have a larger group. Petra and Horst have motorcycles for rent. They also have a unique motorcycle shop/bar camp-cook area outside. They both leave you alone if you’re looking for peace and quiet but are also very pleasant and friendly if you’re wanting to have a conversation. This specific rental takes up the smaller portion of a house that is closed off from the larger portion. The other portion is available for rent. The cost was very reasonable for this rental. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again when given the chance.

Estancia tranquila a pie de playa

El apartamento está muy bien. Todo es nuevo y está super limpio. Otra sorpresa muy agradable es el menaje, también todo nuevo y muy completo, cosa que suele fallar en muchos alojamientos. El exterior también está muy agradable. Petra, es muy amable y está pendiente en todo momento de lo que puedas necesitar. A menos de 10 minutos hay un camping que tiene supermercado y restaurante donde se puede acceder aunque no estés en él, y desde ahí se puede acceder también a la playa. ¡Recomendable sin duda! ¡Gracias Petra!

Totale rust aan een mooi zandstrand

We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en zo niet, Petra de eigenaresse helpt je zo. Een goed bed, nette douche en een goed ingerichte keuken. Je kan savond heerlijk buiten zitten en genieten van de rust. Petra is een goede gastvrouw. Het is de moeite van het boeken waard.

Hola vengo a ponerle una pequeña valoración a esta maravillosa casita. La verdad que ha sido una estancia muy agradable, una casita rodeada de naturaleza, zona muy tranquila y la inquilina es una maravilla de mujer, Petra ha sido muy atenta con mi pareja y conmigo nos ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado. Excelente lugar

Lugar muy bonito, privado y muy limpio. También la señora Petra muy amable y muy pendiente de sus huéspedes. Cualquier cosa que les solicitamos estuvo dispuesta a resolverlo. La playa relativamente cerca y, eso si, una playa de las pocas que se encuentran ya en España, prácticamente salvaje. Repetiremos seguro, nos a encantado. Gracias por todo.
