Enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer by fishing off the dock, relaxing or partying it up by the pool, grilling your favorite meal on the deck and gathering at the outdoor dining space as the beautiful live oak trees offer full shade all day long. And to top it all off the friendly neighborhood resident ducks, manatees and dolphins may pay you a visit!

There are 3 security cameras at this property for security and liability. One camera above the garage door outside to monitor the front of the property including vehicles. One in pool area for liability and noise during quiet hours. One camera located on the boat dock to monitor the rear of the property.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, backyard, private heated pool, and dock. Enjoy seamless self-check-in with our keyless entry system, allowing you to come and go as you please without the hassle of sharing a key.

Dock: Guests are welcome to tie up their boat to the dock free of charge.

Lift: There is a $100 fee for use of the boat lift for any length of stay. The weight limit is 10,000 lbs. We require in writing that you accept all risk if you use the lift, we are not responsible for any boat damages or liability.

Pool: Guests are welcome to use the pool free of charge. If you want the pool heated, there is a $100 fee regardless of length of stay. The pool heater is set to 85 degrees and no higher. During the winter, if the temperature drops below 50 the heat pump likely will not keep up.
