When you make your home base at this four-bedroom home in Seaside, you'll be close to it all - one block from the ocean beach and the Seaside Promenade, and a short stroll or bike ride from restaurants, shops, arcades, and all sorts of entertainment in the heart of town.

This home is a place to leave your car behind and explore the best of Seaside on foot or by bike. The beach and the Prom are one block west, the 12th Street Bridge (great for crabbing) and a kids' park are around the corner, and Seaside's main drag - Broadway Street - is just over half a mile south.

Newly built in 2017, the house is comfortable and uncluttered, offering a living room with a gas fireplace to greet you after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with every essential, there's space to dine at the two-person kitchen island and the dining table for six, and the back deck provides a wonderful spot to barbecue within earshot of the ocean.

In the evenings, enjoy four flatscreen TVs throughout the house, board games and DVDs for your entertainment, and four inviting bedrooms - one of which is a guest suite that's perfect for grandparents or older kids.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
