The house was excellent. It was clean and everything was as promised. We enjoyed the fireplace and the common areas of the home. We used the kitchen and it fulfilled our requirements.
We had a great time. House accomadated us all very comfortably. The beds/furniture was all very nice and inviting. Check out was the easiest list of things we have been asked to do
Three of our team families stayed at this property and loved it. Comfortable beds, clean and open spaces, great upper lounge for the kids to hang in, and nice little fenced in back yard. Decently appointed kitchen, liked having the protable firepit for backyard s'mores, and easy access to the beach.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for sharing your experience, Jessica! We’re thrilled to hear that you and the team families enjoyed your stay at this rental property. It’s great to know that the comfortable beds, clean and open spaces, and the upper lounge were highlights for your group, especially for the kids.
We’re glad you appreciated the kitchen and the portable firepit for backyard s’mores—it sounds like you made the most of the amenities! Easy access to the beach is always a plus, and we’re delighted that it added to your overall experience.
We’d love to welcome you all back for another fantastic stay in the future!
The house was very comfortable for my family. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. There were five adults and two children in our party and we all had a great time. It was only about 2 blocks to the beach and we were far enough away from the very busy beach in downtown Seaside that it was very quiet.
We had a grandparent's weekend with my folks, in-laws, great grandma, and kids. The house was accommodating for everyone. It wasn't a large house but it was comfortable. We enjoyed how close it was to a lot of the local amenities. Very close to the outlets, movie theater, beach, and the old boardwalk shopping—all within short walking distance.
Very nice house- had everything we needed. Lots of great hangout space, and the kitchen is large. Great back yard for cooking out and appreciated the picnic table and all the outside chairs. A nice location near the beach. We would have liked longer benches that go the length of the interior table or dining chairs inside. The last night the winds shifted and the air smelled of rotten eggs through check out the next day. I know there’s nothing you can do about that. It’s a shame they don’t have a way to improve the treatment process.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback — we're so glad to hear you enjoyed the house, the spacious layout, and the outdoor amenities!
We’re truly sorry about the unpleasant odor you experienced toward the end of your stay. As you mentioned, this was due to shifting winds and unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how something like that can affect the overall experience, even if only briefly, and we completely sympathize.
We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the interior seating and will definitely keep it in mind as we continue to make improvements to the home. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for a fresher, breeze-filled visit!

Before I dive into what was not good, the home itself is good and so is the location. That said1. We arrived at 9 pm on check in date to find the house not turned over after previous guests. All 4 beds and baths were used with dirty linens, towels, etc in all of them. Kitchen used with dirt and debris2. Called iTrip Northwest, the property Mgr. They sent an after hours svc by 10 pm'ish. One lady who was genuinely horrified and was super patient in trying to restore order. She did the ground floor by 1115 pm and we asked her to finish the next day since it had been 14 hrs since we left home. We did not have any bed sheets that night since it had to be laundered outside.3. Had to ask 3 of our fellow guests to stay at a hotel since upstairs beds were not ready4. Master bath did not have hot water throughout our stay. We're told it was because pilot light was switching off on furnace which did not make sense since other baths did have hot water5. Thermostat was locked out and we were not given access. Upstairs rooms were hot, downstairs were cold storage night. We open windows and we smelled sewage from a treatment plant about 100 yards from homeOverall, we work hard to save for a vacation and look fwd to getting away from the grind. Why do you need to live through this and pay as much as we did for 6 guests that had access to only 50% of the amenities after a disastrous start
