This split-level home features an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Vaulted ceilings in this spacious living and dining area with TV, Wi-Fi and gas fireplace. The property has 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a pack-n-play. The property has a newly fenced in beautiful yard with plenty of room for games, hanging outside with family & friends, or a place for your small mature non-shedding dog.
Located just steps to the Beach and has a partial ocean view that can be seen from the wrap around deck. A perfect home for the larger family/group of up to 10 guests (including adults & children.) Parking for up to 4 vehicles max. No Street parking or additional parking available.
Pelican House is located in a quiet residential area in the north part of Seaside, and very close to the beach.
