Family friendly community with park, steps from the cabin. Just minutes to Snow Valley Ski Resort and only 30 minutes to Bear Mountain.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Wash all dishes and put away

Make sure the hot tub is clear of any debris and the cover is over the hot tub if used.

Please take all trash with you. You can drop your trash bags off for free at Charles Hoffman Elementary School. Saturday’s and Sunday Only. Don’t leave trash outside.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest must wash all dishes. Ensure the air conditioner is turned off. In the winter, the heater is set to 65 degrees F.

Any use of indoor or outdoor fireplaces must be attended at ALL times and must be fully extinguished before leaving the area.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Any smoking done within the home will result in a $450 cleaning charge.
