This beautiful and comfortable villa with large garden is located in Massarosa, a town between Lucca (15 km) and the sea in Viareggio (9 km). Close by is the beautiful Lake Massacciuccoli, on the opposite bank of which lies the town of Torre del Lago, where the Italian composer Giacomo Puccini lived.

The villa is a two-family house, where the owner lives, each with its own entrance and garden. The guest house is 270 m² in size and extends over two floors. The house is very well equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a large kitchen (very well equipped with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and grill) with dining area, a guest toilet and a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath with shower head, and a large bathroom with double sinks, a bath with shower head and a shower cubicle. Hair dryer available.
