Great bones-- decent kitchen appliances, great bed, fine shower, very comfortable seating. Very surprised there was inadequate support for cooking. No kitchen scissors, no serving utensils, no salt and pepper shakers or any salt and pepper; cutting board was warped , thus wobbled. I cannot imagine any owners or the partner ever tried to cook and serve with what was provided. If you are not cooking, this is a 5 star place.
Our stay was delightful! We loved being close to the Smoky Mountain National Park entrance. Gatlinburg was very busy so this cabin was ideal. It was clean, comfortable and had most needed items. Be aware…no hair dryer so I had to buy one:( Over-all it was a great experience.
The property was wonderful! It was exactly as advertised. We were comfortable the entire time and management was very responsive when a need did arise. We even had free parking in a parking garage in the strip, which saved us at least $100. Great cabin!
We had the best time and were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of our cabin and location. Your staff was amazing, they provided us first timers a list of things to do and go. All were FABULOUS!
The cabin was close to a nice creek. There was a miniature golf course down the hill. We enjoyed the hot tub at our cabin. We were near the Smoky Mountain National Park. It was quiet and very clean. They gave us vouchers to park downtown which was very nice! Great place to stay!
Perfect for a couple getaway. Close to town, with free parking passes for downtown. Clean, cute cabin. AC not functioning properly, management contacted and responded very quickly. Bed was also comfortable. Would stay again.
40th anniversary time for reflection and enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Enjoyed the quiet, cozy cabin, hot tub was a great way to relax. Will do it again
The ONLY negative is we had a big truck and it was a really tight parking spot. But, that was minor. The cabin was stocked well and very clean. It was a big bonus having a washer dryer in the cabin. We would stay again.
We had a great little weekend stay at this cabin! It is right off the highway, which we were not expecting. They have a privacy fence by the hot tub for privacy so that helped. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and everything we needed. They included garage parking passes for down downtown, which was nice.
This place had a great view of the main road while still enjoying nature views. We were close to the strip but felt secluded. Hot tub was just perfect. Fireplace was just perfect and will heat up the whole cabin in less than an hour. We were turning the heat down after 30 minutes. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. Fridge was spacious. Shower was the cleanest shower Ive seen at a cabin in that area. No mold or cracks. All over a very great experience and would book again.
