The house was lovely and just as described and the view of the lake is beautiful! We had 11 people in our group and we had plenty of space to sleep and walk around without feeling like we were cramped. We especially enjoyed the large dining table and indoor hot tub.
Our stay coincided with a major multi-day snow event, and we are grateful that our host was so responsive. The driveway was plowed everyday and we were able to park in the garage. The house itself is spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the comfortable couch, pool table, hot tub, and the boot warmers was such a nice thing to have after a long day of skiing.
While the website was underwhelming, the actual
property and location was amazing. Property manager very accommodating. We would definitely consider a return visit. Don’t let the VRBO listing dissuade you. It was the perfect place for a long awaited vacation, Tahoe never disappoints.
We celebrated my parents' 60th anniversary at this lovely home. Beautiful property and location with lake views. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor so a good choice for elderly or others who should avoid stairs. There is also a bedroom upstairs and additional bonus area with three beds downstairs. Plenty of family fun and took advantage of the pool table, hot tub, and a library of board games provided. Comfortable and clean!

Family Vacation 4 "Destination Wedding" in Tahoe
We had 2 Families with 3 young children each and my mom and myself, Lora. The house was beautiful and perfect for mom due to "no stairs" for her to enjoy the kitchen, living, dining and master bedroom/bath at all same level. Beds were comfortable. The home was very clean and our kids enjoyed the green grass area out back. We grilled for our group and all worked well. We also watched a big FIFA soccer game, gathering in the living room with pool table and big sofa, kitchen area with a big family table and the patio with plenty chairs and table to sit around all while grilling. We were aware and watched the kids around the stairs to the upstairs bedroom and all went well. We enjoyed the jacuzzi for a couple times. We liked that it was inside and we didn't have to deal with the weather, bugs, etc. Very clean and hot. Also nice that a glass door separates this from the kitchen area. The wifi seemed to be weak per some of the guests. I didn't have a problem that I noticed. My phone service for wifi is good in the U.S. wherever I go.
We noticed a window broken in one of the guest bedrooms on bottom floor and boarded up (seemed pretty secure), which had one of the couples worried about bears coming in. I know things happen and I believe this issue is taken care of. Heated floors in the bathrooms were awesome!
I would prefer a "trash can" as an option for trash vs a compactor. The foot to press to open the compactor was broken upon arrival. We didn't use it. Just set up a garbage near the compactor and took it out regularly and placed in the "bear" bin outside.
The home was easy to access when we arrived. Garage is clean and we used for one of 2 vehicles we had. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with needed kitchen cooking supplies. Cooking Oil (Olive or regular) would be good to bring and coffee creamer. There was choices for coffee preparations methods, old fashioned vs modern coffee makers. coffee beans, ground coffee, and pods in cabinet. We had plenty trash bags and paper towels. Ice machine in refrigerator is not set up to provide ice, we bought a bag to place in the freezer. Water on door does work well. Good idea to bring ziploc "baggies" for leftovers or misc. Small & large. Also, I noticed not a good meat, vegetable cutting knife available. But, we managed with what was provided.
Overall, everything was really pleasant, and we enjoyed our stay as a family. Special times as a family. Thank you so much.
