Really creative space , lower level so some stairs involved. So close to everything in Broad Ripple, easy walk to the Monon Trail and parks. Easy access to restaurants. The host was so helpful with responding to questions. We visit Indianapolis a lot so hoping to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Broad Ripple has always been a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of art, music and nightlife available. The mural on the west side of the building that is scheduled to be painted this month (August) is a tribute to that history. The Monon Trail runs through the heart of Broad Ripple making it a great place to exercise, socialize and enjoy the various shops and restaurants as well as green space.
