The welcoming living room features travertine floors, plush seating gathered around a kiva-style wood-burning fireplace, and a large QLED TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The extra-long dining table is perfect for family meals, game nights, or setting up your laptop to take advantage of the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (600 Mbps). The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a generous island with breakfast bar seating, and well-stocked cabinets with cookware, dinnerware, spices, and utensils for effortless home-cooked meals.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer allows you to pack light and stay comfortable throughout your stay.
Outdoor living is just as inviting. The back patio includes a grill and dining table overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard—ideal for enjoying New Mexico’s mild weather. About the host
Hosted by Ursula Hammes
I am originally from Nuremberg, Germany and have lived in the USA since 34 years. I am a geologist and work from my home. For fun, I love to trail run, road and mountain bike, ski, swim, practice yoga, go dancing and travel. I also love to go to museums and galleries as well as attend the opera and symphony in Austin and Santa Fe. At the moment I split my time between Austin and Santa Fe.
Why they chose this property
This wonderful house on the hillside close to the Plaza of Santa Fe, hiking trails, dog park, Fort Marcy, bike trails and ski area lured us with it's charm to buy it as a second home. We spend about half of the time in Santa Fe and the other time in Austin, TX. When we are not using it we are making it available for other guests to enjoy. We hope you love it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to Plaza, close to galleries, ski area and hiking and biking trails. Star-gazing and enjoying the beautiful New Mexico weather.
