This condo features 1000 sq ft of remodeled living space. 1st floor although there are 6 steps down to enter condo. Comfortably sleeps 6. Upon entering the condo, the open concept kitchen-dining-living room space is perfect for family gatherings. Stream your favorite movie or show. Choose from the variety of board games or cards. Enjoy an evening in front of the gas fireplace with 2 recliners. Fully stocked kitchen providing coffee supplies as well as spices for cooking. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying your favorite coffee while surrounded by nature. The condo offers a large master suite with new en suite with walk in shower and 2 person jacuzzi.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.
Washer and dryer located inside the condo and detergent supplied.

Enjoy all Trout Creek Resort amenities located on resort property. Tennis/pickleball/Playground/fishing. Conference center Indoor/outdoor Pool/Hot tub open 9a-9p. Please note it will be closed for renovation starting 9/2/25 and reopen May 2026. Fitness Center pool/hot tub/sauna open all year round 8a-10p.


There is a one car garage with racks for ski storage. 3 extra parking spaces in the lot. There is an overflow parking lot down the street.

We warmly welcome our four legged friends(dogs only) for a nominal fee. Waste bags provided.

Wonderful weekend up north to enjoy some early skiing! All amenities we needed to enjoy the stay were available in the condo with comfortable beds and living room furniture. We will be back.

We had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. After skiing we appreciated the cable tv to watch football. It was a comfortable place with plenty of room. Also, appreciate that it was pet friendly so my daughter from Chicago could bring her Boston terrier. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable home. Host was extremely concerned with making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home was extremely clean and well stocked. A very quiet place to stay but yet convenient located between Harbor Springs and Petosky. Looking forward to staying there again.

The space was extremely clean with washer and dryer in the unit. The property has wonderful amenities for the whole family. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool and my dogs and I enjoyed the trails and easy walking.

Boyne Golf Trip

Condo was great, very clean and updated. Less than 2 minutes to Boyne Golf Courses, Boyne Highlands, and Nubs Nob is very convenient. Nice that they allow for you to bring your pet without an exorbitant fee.

Perfect home base for up north exploration

My husband and I had a wonderful time skiing at the Highlands and exploring harbor springs and Petoskey. The condo was very comfortable and so perfectly located. The beds and furniture are all in very good condition and and cozy.

Excellent experience staying at Trout Creek condos for a local wedding. Unit was clean, with plenty of amenities and beds were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with great coffee maker. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Condo!

We stayed here for a week while skiing at Boyne Highlands. This was a wonderful condo. It had everything we needed and the whole family enjoyed spending time here. We will be back.

Great stay up in Harbor Springs

Beautiful property, easy to find and check in was a breeze. It's 15 minutes outside of Petoskey and 15 minutes outside of Harbor Springs. Quiet and remote but still close to alot of attractions and fun. Definitely will be renting again whenever we go into the area. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
