Welcome to the newly remodeled Cedar Cove split level condo with breathtaking wooded, lakefront views of little Traverse Bay from almost every window. Enjoy a snack and beverage from the deck as you overlook spectacular clear blue Lake Michigan and the stream running beside the condo. You can sometimes grab a glimpse of the eagles flying around looking for their morning meal.

There is a beautiful private walking trail beside the condo that takes you to the private beaches.
As guests of harbor/cedar cove, you will have full access to the amenities which includes the outdoor club house with wifi, , tennis courts and pickle ball , children play area with swings and slides. Outdoor Grills are located near both club houses.

The 1150 sq foot split level condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a newly remodeled kitchen with maple cabinets that is fully stocked. The upper main level which has newer hardwood floors has a kitchen ,dining room and family room with a stone fireplace and overlooks the beautiful views of the serene woods and water. There is also a bathroom with a small shower.
The great room has a comfortable leather sofa ,love seat and chair. The 40 inch flat screen t.v above the stone fireplace has cable and Internet. There is a cozy electric fireplace that has a heater.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a flat screen t.v. Bedroom #2 has a full-twin bunk /trundle bed. There is also a bathroom on the lower level with custom cabinets and a bathtub and shower. There is a washer and dryer and is located in the lower level bathroom. Both bedrooms have an amazing view overlooking Little Traverse bay
This is a prime location for biking, hiking, swimming, beaching, kayaking, golfing, breweries, wine tasting, winter activities, restaurants or just relaxing reading a book. Some of the finest skiing in Michigan is with in a 10 minute drive . You can ride your bike into the towns or to the 28 mile little traverse wheel way .

There is near by shopping in Harbor springs, Petoskey, Bay harbor and Charlevoix. Or if you prefer, the casinos. You can also do a day trip to Mackinaw city which is about a half hour drive. If you enjoy a beautiful drive, than m119 north from harbor springs along the shoreline can't be beat!

Northern Michigan is the Mecca of golfing. Close by, you have multiple golf courses to choose from. Some are rated the best golf courses in the Midwest!

Clean, comfortable condo that had everything we needed. Lovely setting overlooking lightly wooded area with the bay just beyond and deer often nearby. It was a bit tricky to find the place as we arrived after dark but we made it and had a great time! Thank you!

This is a lovely condo, with all the comforts of home, in a great location along Little Traverse Bay between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The very comfortable living room (with an electric fireplace) and generously-stocked kitchen have ample natural light and views of the bay. The bay can also be seen from both bedrooms. The deck offers a stunning vista of Little Traverse Bay and of the brook that leads down to the private beach.This was our second stay here and we hope to come back again.

This home is outstanding! It’s in a very convenient location to access Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and surrounding areas. We loved the lake view from each room. The home had all the amenities that we needed! We took advantage of the beach area and outdoor pool. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was amazing and the community had wonderful amenities. Our kids loved the private beach and pool. I loved sitting on the deck with the beautiful water view. A bald eagle flew right over us on our last night there. We can’t wait to go back!

This property is outstanding. The central location, immaculate cleanliness, ease of check-in/ communication all add up to a wonderful stay. The condo is well-stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds are SO lovely, with a gurgling stream that lulled us to sleep at night. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the lake watching the birds, including swans and bald eagles, every morning, along with a stunning sunrise! It is SO quiet and relaxing and lots of fun to look for Petoskey stones along the beach, where there is also a fire pit for those who choose to use it. The stairs in the condo could be a bit difficult for elderly or toddlers, so that is one thing to be aware of but I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their little slice of heaven!

Family and I had a short sweet trip to this fantastic beach side place This is the second time we’ve been here. 5 min from downtown Harbor Springs. 5 min from Petoskey State Park. Perfect location for what we enjoy as a family. Tony and Donna are a joy to work with. We’ll be back!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 teenage daughters. The condo was clean, welcoming and very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding. Check-in/check-out were super easy. We walked to the pool, pickleball/tennis courts and to the beach. Took some day trips into downtown Harbor Springs and Pond Hill Farm. Especially loved coffee on the back patio (the best view!) and a glass of wine at the beach during sunset. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Property is special, right on Lake Michigan. Brand new Pool facility also. Very clean and nicely appointed. Owners were very pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would stay there again.

Heavenly Harbor Springs

Very responsive host, property very well maintained with many amenities at the recreation center, which was spotlessly clean!The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We stayed here in the winter and there were plenty of blankets and towels at our disposal. The furnishings were updated and comfortable with lots of seating on the couches. A great stay and very close to Nubs Nov, our favorite ski area.

Great place for our family for a weekend up north. Close to the slopes and right between Harbor Springs and Petoskey for meals. Excellent communication with owners and nice place! Would recommend!

Fantastic condo and location

The condo was very comfortable and clean, and is tastefully updated. The setting in the woods with a view of the lake is wonderful and feels secluded, yet is convenient to surrounding attractions. This condo was perfect for our family of four and we would definitely recommend it.

Quiet spot on Little Traverse Bay
