Welcome to our Zen Retreat near Austin, TX. We are located 35 minutes from Downtown Austin and Airport, 8 minutes from historic Georgetown, and a little over an hour from Waco, TX. We are located in a nice neighborhood with driveway and street parking during your stay. There is a small park and playground area for kids just down the street. You'll love the koi themed interior design along with our backyard koi pond and patio area for relaxing and BBQs. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and love your experience at The Koi House.

We love Georgetown, TX and fell in love with this house especially when we saw the awesome backyard with the Koi Pond and patio area. It's extremely homie and central to so many things. Great location and awesome home.
